I ordered an item from Brian owner of Pine Mountain Archery he had listed on ***y on Thursday 9/8/22 at 9:20pm. Item was Bear X Saga 420 Crossbow Package 420 FPS MODEL # ************ NEW. THE ITEM WAS $255.00 PLUS $20.00 FOR SHIPPING.. I Paid with my card on 9/10/22 Item was Delivered on 9/15/19. Son opened it 9/19/22 for his BIRTHDAY and Quiver was broken. We let that slide. When sighting in arrows were hitting in dirt then coming back upwards. Took to * *** *** **** and employee tried to sight it in which he could not get exact but was little better. Son went to shoot at Target when he Cocked it limb cracked. I started refund on 10/15/22. Contacted Seller/Owner 10/18/22 by message on ***y only way to contact At this point. Made him aware he replied Sure just return it let us know if refund or replaced. Brian said he would provide label to just print off & ship back. I tried many post offices they said label not valid. Contact Brian again to let him know I paid $16.33 on my own to ship it Fed Ex. No reply from him. I Google address found number called he was very rude cussed me called me asshole said my son wrapped bow around tree. Said not fixing. But said 100% satisfaction on business page. I told him ship bow over night. No bow. On 12/8/22 I get text from *** Bow is at store picked up immediately. Open box bow is busted in half at stock not even limb that was cracked. Brian said prior limb was cracked he was ordering new limb but now I get bow vack broke in half and it was NEVER BROKE THERE. Tried calling Brian several times no answer. Was told he doesn't check messages often on computer. I provided him my tracking number in email message but when I try to enter it in return spot it wouldn't let me enter it so he said return time up. My tracking # ******************. SHIPMENT ID *************. I SHIPPED 11/4/22 AFTER waiting on Brian with no responses to label. He held BOW & MY MONEY UNTIL I GOT 12/8/22. I NOW WANT MY MONEY $255.00, $20.00, $16.33. & NEW BOW
