In 2024 I receive a bill FOR THE FIRST TIME since services were rendered in 2020. OVER FOUR YEARS later. These were services for my son who was under my benefits during the time. I have made multiple phone calls because this was clearly not billed correctly. This continues to be billed to my insurance who is not the provider for this service. I have, more than once communicated directly with the billing department at Princeton Community Hospital that these were to be billed to my employee assistance program. They have been given the information and said they understood how to bill them. I'm tired of getting harassed with letters that I owe them for a service from four years ago that they clearly are not billing correctly. This needs to stop and be corrected before I consider legal action. I do not have the type of job where I can spend hours on end trying to tell someone how to properly bill something from four years ago.Business response

I have reviewed the accounts in this complaint. I see no notes indicating contact from the patient. This is a 2020 account and we are no longer using that computer system. I have adjusted these balance off due to age of account and the fact that the patient states that he contacted the hospital staff. We have been moved offsite for over a year and he may have spoke to someone at the hospital. But, I have no documentation to show that. So, due to age of accounts - i have adjusted these off. Please let consumer know that we have resolved. Thank you.
