    On Saturday 4/30/22 @2:06pm I contacted ******** **** ****** ***** to file a claim for a water leak below the toilet in our master bathroom. They almost immediately referred me to Bud Hypes Plumbing to repair the leak. As instructed by *** I should be contacted within 24 hours to repair the leak. On Sunday 5/1/22 @ 2:00pm I called the number listed in the *** email ************* I got the answering service and left a message to return my call due to the water leak emergency. No return call. On Monday 5/2/22 @8:05am I arrived at their office asking to schedule the water leak repair today. I was told that *** did not contact them. I told the woman behind the desk I left a message with the Answering service and did not receive a call back. The woman told me she was the Answering service. I asked why she didn't return my call and she was silent. I asked 1 more time if I could get my water leak repaired today and she told me I would have to wait a week. I told her I could not afford to have my water leaking for a week. She told me that was the best she could do. I asked the woman why do they have 24/7 emergency service and she could not answer me. The woman told me to call *** to set up an emergency service. She kept talking in the office so I had to go outside to make the call to ***. I called *** and told them my dilemma. I reiterated I have an emergency water leak and needs to be repaired today. The *** rep placed me on hold and call Bud Hynes Plumbing to arrange for an emergency repair. The *** rep came back and told me that Bud Hynes refused to make the emergency repair. *** would attempt to find me another plumber to make my water leak repair.

    My issue with Bud Hypes was so bad I told him to leave my house and never return. To start, he is incapable of being on time to his own appts. I took days off work when he told me he was gonna show up and then just didn’t. So he owes me my time/money back for his tardiness. Additionally, when he works he’s constantly complaining in the house and makes a complete mess that he doesn’t clean up. He carried a used, broken toilet, through my entire house leaving a trail of nasty water on my floors. Last thing he does is scam people. He says one price and then tries to come back at you after for extra money. Look. The only reason I used him was because of ******** **** ******, because if you have the option, use literally ANYONE ELSE! He’s lazy and does the bare minimum with no regard to the quality in his work
