I called Mr. Anderson and told him I needed help my water was not coming out of my well. He came to the house and looked at it and said it would need at pressure tank. Mr. Anderson put it in and has never came back to make any adjustments. He keeps telling me that the water pump needs water filter changed. I told him that my son in law had just did it before the pressure tank issue. When you go into the restroom the commode fills up really fast and empties but there is hardly no water coming out of the the sink/shower. I have called and pleaded with Mr. Anderson to please come fix this for me and he has another job at the Turkey farm that he keeps saying I have to finish it first. Mr. Anderson told me for one week straight he would come to the house in the morning before he went to the turkey farm and I would wait on him all day and he would never come. He keeps saying find someone else to finish the job but I have already paid him and I don't have anyone else. I am a 68 year old woman and that has seizures and I am unable to crawl under the house or know what to do or what to look for. The pressure tank was $330, labor was $480, Service call was $130, WV state tax was 56.40 and my total was $996.40 on 9/20/22 I paid Mr. Anderson the full amount for his work, but it is not completed. Mr. Anderson has cashed my checked and refuses to come back out to my house until he finishes with the job at the Turkey farm with no date. I need my water to work in my bathroom please.
