We hired to install new gutters on front and side of house. When started, employee began removing gutter guards from rear of house. When discovered in wrong place, reinstalled gutter guards improperly by nailing them on top of new shingled roof. On gutter installed on side of house, failed to seal the downspout drain so that water does not flow correctly and left hole for rodents. Debris from facia board left dangling from gutter. Despite repeated efforts to have them return to remedy these issues over past 5 months, they have refused to come and given repeated excuses when actually answer phone.Business response

We apologize to **** ****h for any inconvenience. We have scheduled a few times but due to inclement weather conditions and customers work schedule, we have been unable to connect. We have been in contact with Mrs Smith and have scheduled for March 29th to adhere to her needs. Gutter Pro stands behind their work and will continue to service our customers.
