I took my Toyota ****** to Moses 4 times over the coarse of a year one time right after we purchased the vehicle for the brakes squealing & I was told nothing was wrong - that it just needed a pin. Took my vehicle to Martys tires today & guess what -There was no brake pad on the inside so the piston was grinding on the rotor - It needs front brakes, rear brakes and the driver rear rotor and caliper - 800.00 on what would have been a simple brake job - This could have been prevented My family could have died including my 5 year grand daughter riding in this vehicle - I will never buy another vehicle from Moses again & We bought 2 last year Thx Moses Im out $800.00 @ Christmas & the worst part is you don’t care!!! My husband went and talked to the service manager Steve ****** and he scolded a technician in front of my husband and admitted fault and told the technician that this is why you go further when the customer comes back ?? then said maybe we can cover the caliper that’s warranty well Steve this was a car just purchased when we the customer that spent over 100,000 at your dealership and brought the vehicle to you the first time right after purchase you should have heard us then after the second and third time it should have been caught after the 4 th. Time and a complaint was filed your technician was too busy trying to prove he was right and took 5 minutes to say it needed a pin - what about my family what about our safety - Seriously!!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased a new car from Moses Lexus on 4/15/23. On that date, I was told by the business manager Bryce that the dealership doesn’t file paperwork for out of state buyers and we would need to go to the NC DMV. On Monday, I went to DMV to register the car where we were told the dealership is required to file the paperwork or the car can’t be registered. So I called the dealership and asked to speak to the title clerk, who told me that the dealership does file the paperwork and I could expect that to take 3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I left a voicemail for the title clerk on 5/18. I also texted my sales person Brayden (5/18) to ask if he could follow up. I didn’t receive a response from either, but I did receive a letter from my lender saying that they haven’t received the title paperwork and my loan will be converted to a personal loan w/ a higher interest rate if it isn’t received. I called again 5/22 asking to speak to the title clerk, but I was forwarded to the service dept. So I called back again and same thing. I texted my salesman Brayden again to ask if he could follow up, but I never received a response. I also sent an email 5/22 to the business manager Bryce explaining the situation. He said he sent my email to the title clerk. The next day, on 5/23, I called again and was transferred to a title clerk who says she doesn’t handle out of state, but she will have the person who does call me back with an update. No one calls. On 5/30, my husband called and was told the same thing, that the title clerk on the phone doesn’t handle out of state but she would ask that person to call us back with an update. I emailed Bryce again 5/30 telling him that we never received a response and asked him to follow up, but I never received a response. On 6/1, I called the dealership, and left a voicemail for Bryce letting them know that I would file complaints with the BBB and Lexus Corporate if I did not receive an update by EOD on 6/2, and I received absolutely no response.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction was 02/07/2023. I was charged $6,086.00 for ****** **** *** **** ******* ****** ******* *** *$3,282), TRITON MAINTENACE ($285), and TRITON DRIVE 360+ Service ($1,724) by salesman, Brandon ******* and Finance Manager, David ****. I've made contact with Moses Toyota on 02/22/2023, 02/27/2023, 03/03/2023, and 03/14/2023 trying to resolve this issue. I've been inconvenienced multiple times by having to travel to their business location, calling/texting, and being made to wait in attempts to schedule this service they suggested would be best for my vehicle. My initial complaint was the failure to schedule the Triton Protection Car Care, $795.00. First, I was told by Mr. **** that my auto loan would be updated to show the adjustment in price. After, I saw that my auto loan remained unchanged, I reached out to Mr. *******, to which he responded that I would be refunded by mail from the warranty department in 4-8 weeks. The check has never been delivered. After poor customer service and communication, I am seeking a refund of $6,086.00 plus any taxes for the warranties and services that was charged and never delivered. After my personal experience, reading and hearing multiple reviews about this business, I fear that I am being taken advantage of, in addition to being scammed out of my money. I am not comfortable doing business with Moses Toyota and would like to receive vehicle maintenance services at another location that I can trust. All of the warranties were suggested by Mr. ******* and Mr. ****, who at the time of sale, I believed to be trustworthy men. I would have never paid for services if I would have known that they had no intention on delivering them.Initial Complaint

There is way to much detailed information to even begin putting it into words. Basically, I’ve been taking my 2008 ***** ********o to Moses service center for years now to get inspected and it always results in an issue with the vehicle, as much as $4,000.00 worth of issues last year. Never the less, I’ve always complied and paid! Things are suddenly starting to not add up with the incident that occurred yesterday? They left our truck with absolutely 0 coolant in it, almost blew the car up on black considering the car had just been serviced the day prior? Needless to say, after an experience yesterday and catching them in at least 5 different lies, I can absolutely without a doubt say they are scamming me and who knows who else? I’m thinking of contacting a lawyer but wanted to see if this could be resolved easier first?Initial Complaint

I had my car repaired Moses Toyota St Albans. I have had parts come off the car while driving, parts still missing from underneath the car, and a loose front bumper. I have contacted the office several times and ask that my call be returned. Its going on a month, and now the other side of of the front is scraping my tire and about to fall off. If these parts fall off on the highway and in the streets causes an accident Moses Toyota will be held responsible. I am very unhappy with the service and the work that I received. State Farm paid $13000 for the repair of my car.
