traded 6-20-2022 after reaching an agreed upon price filled out all paper work then found out only one key was with but two identification key tags were presented . They said they would look for the other key and contact previous owner to get the second key. After several calls they finially admitted that a key man would have to make key and told me to came to dealership,never saying that I would have to pay for the key. After receiving the key on 7-25 2022 ,I was made aware that I owed $226.73. Obviously the key should have come with the car or the dealership would not have had two identification key tags plus at no time did they indicate that there would be a charge. I would like the $226.73 deposited back in my checking account, or a check written directly to me.Business response

Upon receiving Mrs* ******** complaint we looked into this internally and decided to reimburse her the cost of the 2nd key. $266.73. I have reached out to the customer in hopes of delivering the resolution myself. She has not returned my call yet. The reimbursement check went out in the mail today. I believe we can consider this issue as resolved.
