            My name is ***** ****. I purchased a piece of property from real estate agent, ****** *****, in Clay WV. I have an issue with not having any potable water. I have three different documents from ****** ***** indicating there is a well on the property. Not one document states it is a spring collection set up. I have a disclosure, emailed to me by ****** ***** and signed by **** *** ******** ****** the sellers, that states private water system that has never gone dry. However, the exact day I moved in the seller had to have a tank of water brought to the property because I had no water coming from the tap. I have personally had to have two more loads of water to maintain on this property since moving in six months ago. The day I moved in, which was prior to closing, was too late to back out of the sale because my home was sold, packed up and sitting on my new property in Clay, WV., I am complaining about not receiving full disclosure
