      Hello Please see extensive requests for assistance from Weirton Rental regarding their employee's error which resulted in the miss-shipment and ultimate loss of my ****** which was insured by *******. I am entitled to a $150.00 credit for the replacement of my ******* however, since the ****** was shipped to ****** instead of ******* by the Weirton Rental Shipment Clerk, I am unable to replace my ****** and they stopped responding to my requests. Your assitance would be greatly appreciated. I can forward all communication with you along with my receipts for shipment. I am reaching out to *** because I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks. I have reached out to the *** shipping location where I dropped off the package and they have stopped responding to my request for assistance and or an update. On March 22, 2024 I took a package to Weirton Rental **** ************ ***** ******** ** *****. I had two packages; a return to ****** and a return to *******. I emailed the ******* label to the *** ***** * ***************************  However, the wrong label was placed on the package, instead of it going to ******* it was shipped to ******. The correct tracking number was ****************** with a delivery address of ******* ********** **** *** ******** **** * ** ** ********** ** ****** Please see below (And attachment) the email sent to Weirton Rental. I tried 3 times to file a claim for this for the reimbursement of my lost item but I cannot; as it was opened and closed due to "proof of delivery" However, since the WRONG LABEL WAS PUT ON THE PACKAGE AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERY TO *******, this information is incorrect.

      We have spoken to **** ***** on 5/17/2024 about the package in question and it appears that an incorrect label may of been placed on the package and *** was unable to stop the package in transit and unable to retrieve the package after delivery. *** ***** and Weirton Rental Center Inc. have agreed upon a payment of $ 150 for the purchase of a new fit bit. A settlement has been agreed upon on 5/17/2024. We at Weirton Rental Center Inc. apologize for any inconvenience and hope to serve you in the future. Thank you for your patronage.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
