On June 21st my mother and I were involved in a car fire and my mother was severely burned. We came home and there was a leak in the bathroom. Called rapid repair a couple days later after we were not able to find or fix the problem. They came for an estimate and quote $250 not even really looking to see what needed repaired. They came a few days later and replaced the brand new part we had put on and said it was fixed. Later that night it was leaking worse. Contacted them and the said they would have to build a whole new raised floor replace the flange which they just fixed again and quoted it for$1000. My mother and I are both disabled and on fixed incomes. I did some examination on my own today July 10, 2022 and found that the leak is on the water intake to the toilet and not at the bottom where the sewage comes out. So they replace what wasn't needed to be replace and quote for $1000 to do work that wasn't needed when anyone plumber would have noticed that the leak was coming from the shut off valve. They conned and scammed my handicap mother and I. What would have happened had I let my mother walk on that nasty floor with her freshly burned foot wrapped only in gauze. When I asked them if they guaranteed their work they refused to answer me. I have the texts to prove it. Any other info you need please let me know. I want her money back and believe that they should not be part of the BBB if they are conning and scamming the elderly and disabled. Also we paid them cash and they didn't give a receipt but acknowledged the payment through text. I can provide those if needed
