Miserable experience living in their Elizabeth Property. I would list this review on the property proper but it's not registered as a business/apartment as far as(at least) google is concerned. Rent collected via apps. There are raccoons and fleas just like another review, the "bricked up" fireplaces are nothing of the sort and the raccoons get in through that and presumably tore a hole through a wall to live in the vents all winter. Signs in the common area suggest this has been a problem SINCE 2014, whereupon they blamed tenants. Half the doors in the apartment do not close due to bad paint jobs or installing door handles UPSIDE DOWN. Dozens of quick fixes around the apartment amount to bad insulation and turning the affordably spacious interior into rooms abandoned to the cold. Attempts to contact have been sparse and difficult, as we were never given a number just a facebook. Responses to things like reporting a broken window in a common area were immediate while mounting water damage or pest concerns took months to hear back about, which says a lot about priorities. No communication before sending in pest guys and the monthly "spray for bugs" is performative at best, a single spritz at the end of hallway, another patchwork solution to the very real problem of raccoon borne flea infestations that do not stop during the winter and only get worse as it gets warmer. Note that flea bombing doesn't work when the fleas have furry mobile homes in the vents. Floorboards are damaged, nailed in random places and not flush, needing carpets to cover them or risk injury, the hallway trip is not flush with the floor leaving gaps heat escapes through. The mix of these problems means paying over a third of the rent's value towards heating in winter months to keep the heat barely above sixty degrees all while pumping flees, racoon urine, bathroom mold, and dropping particles into your air and generously donating a majority of your heat to the outside. This should be illegal.
