  Complaint against Larry Forsberg with All Property Auction and his assistant Sharel Sucher/Shari Ryan. I hired Larry to sell my father’s estate as he is going into a nursing home. He came over to “assess” the house and stated he would give fair market value and his estate should bring him $15,000-20,000. He was to start on May 8th, 2023 at which time my dad was to be moved out and living with me. He never showed up until May 31, he began to catalog. He never startedanything at Fair Market Value. He started everything a 0. Everything. When I asked for an itemized list, he stated his computer system wasn’t working. He finally gave me one list only to give me a different list when different amounts. I have two separate packets. We didn’t have many things on the list that were gone from the house. His assistant stated whatever wasn’t there, she was selling at a different auction for herself. I questioned this and stated that was theft. They disregarded me. Larry told me my dad’s entire estate brought $9188.00. His entire 81 years of life, and that was all he had. A boat, a trailer, tools, furniture, hot tub, bedroom set, two big screen tvs and thousands of dollars in sound equipment since my dad was a sound engineer. He gave me a check for $4000.00 check number 2955 and one for $4188.25 check number 2958. When he dropped off the second packet with changed itemized figures, he didn’t give him the extra $1000.00. When confronted he needed to pay, he stated he didn’t have the money to pay. My husband called him and he then stated he would give me a check for the $1000.00. Then the bank sent me a copy of the check for 4,000. As a stop payment. My husband and I went to confront Larry at his house. He stated he was not paying me because he had to pay his workers. So, for my dad’s entire life, he received $5188.23. He did not have me sign a contract. I have two different itemized lists he gave me and he fudged each of them.

  Misty was paid according to how I explained it before we started.  I did stop payment on the $4000 check as I neglected to subtract the  hourly fees I had already paid my employees. When I looked at the auction, there were two vehicles with a combined value of over $20,000.  They could not be sold as correct titles couldn't be available.  I have attached what we have used as an auction agreemen for over 200 auctions.  Hopefully the other attachment will show you the charges and balance we paid. We were told to make the house empty.  We removed the furniture items that had human feces or urine on it.  We bought 5 or 6 items that were given to needy people, but we paid for them.
