Purchased 2 nets at $20.00 a piece for a total of $40.00. Received an email saying they could not honor this price. I asked them to honor my transaction which came from my account. They swiftly canceled my transactions and placed inventory back in their site for sale. They offered to raise the price to 179.99 per unit or cancel, which is when I asked them to honor the transaction. They promptly canceled my order.Business response

Greetings ~
We were simply unable to fulfill this customers online order. His online order was cancelled and his credit card authorization was voided. He has gone on to bash us online with one star reviews. We are a family owned small business that always provides excellent customers service.This guy has been unreasonable and unfriendly. Attached is proof of the order cancellation and voided card authorization.

I am rejecting this response because I left one negative review not multiple. This review reflected my experience with the business over the last few transactions, which is accurate. Their customer service did nothing other than a curt sorry and offer to cancel. Rather than talk to me about some middle ground or other resolutions, they canceled the order. While I have no doubt they have canceled the transaction my money is still tied up in a pending transaction, which is inconvenient. They have done nothing except what is in their own interests. My review stands.
