My boyfriend daughter and I stayed in a room @ the royal inn for alittle over a month on the 10th of February was our last day in the room so we packed our things an asked housekeeping for a broom and vacuum he said what do you need a broom and vacuum for I said to clean the room they told me that was their job and to get my shit and get out February 12 they charge a family members card a bunch of money saying we damaged the room! Not only did I try and clean the room and they refuse but there was no reports made before the card was charge the manager won’t talk to me on the phone to resolve it and they just keep charging a bunch of money to the card!
