Over the past 10+ years our business has leased more than one house from CSI property management. One property is still occupied at this time. Formal 30 day notice was given to the property manager Bridget in March of 2022 to vacate the property Im April 2022 one of the the signers on the lease decided he wanted to continue living in the house and Csi required he no mover to submit a new application for approval. Bridget approved the non movers application and also to the movers she had to transfer the deposit over to the non mover and did it ! The movers did not agree to the transfer of the deposit at any time and the movers have been treated horrible! Both In person and on the phone and the gal at the front desk was extremely un profesional as she was rude and sarcastic and impossible to talk to! All I was doing was dropping off a w-2form that csi requested from us and ended up walking out of their office humiliated and feeling extremely discouraged wondering why the gal was telling And talking nasty to me in the first place We the movers Were promised by Bridgett that she would get us into a new place soon and it’s been already over a month of having to stay with other family members We gave notice per the lease we have done our part on time But CSI put us at the bottom of the priority list. Very very nasty unprofessional bunch of humans !!
