Three times in the last three months I have stopped at this business to get food for my wife. On their drive-up menu it shows on the Breakfast Menu- BISCUITS (plural) and Gravy- $2,29, I order it and when I get to the window to pay the total is almost $4.00. I always say "But the menu shows Biscuits, with an "S" as $2.29- with tax that only comes to $2.36" Their reply is always "that price is for a single biscuit with gravy- a half order". And I always say "But it doesn't say "half-order". It says Biscuits- Plural. This is Deceptive Practices on the menu. Tell the manager and the owner this needs to be fixed or I'm going to file a complaint." The window person said she/he would pass it on. For three consecutive times at this restaurant this has gone on and nothing has been done on the sign. Last week (the fourth time there) I actually spoke to the owner and he said he has no control over the sign- it's a corporate sign. I told him I was going to file a deceptive practices complaint with the BBB and he said "OK". I am also filing complaint with the Wyoming Trade Commission and the Casper, Wy. City Council.Business response

Hello we are sorry to hear that this customer was so upset.
As we explained to the customer, with being a franchise, our menu boards are provided by corporate. They have been in the process of designing new breakfast signs and we just have not received those yet. Due to the effects of Covid this process has been delayed.

I am rejecting this response because:I registered my complaint to this business ONCE A MONTH FOR THREE MONTHS AND A FOURTH TIME A MONTH LATER TO THE OWNER. Does this business owner expect me to believe that this DECEPTIVE PRACTICE, which has been going on for OVER 4 months, was not correctable by him with a computer printed sign taped over "The Corporate Sign", to read "Small/Half Order- $2.29, OR Biscuits and Gravy- $ (Whatever Price he has been charging for a Large/Whole Order)? Does he really think that ANYONE is going to accept his "This is a corporate Sign and corrections have been delayed by Covid excuse? His LAME response it TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
