Had hail damage repair done on my truck. The windshield sprayers don't work properly now and the sunroof doesn't work. I was going to have them look at it but they said they didn't have time on the day I had set up a week in advance. After talking to them 3 times over a week span. ***** told me the sunroof didn't work when it came in. Nobody said anything to me during the first two phone calls or when I picked up the truck originally. It isn't noted in the work order either. I was a little too nice about being told this. I feel like I was lied to and because of that I'll be taking my truck somewhere else to have the sun roof fixed. My insurance company put out 8 grand and me my deductible and after all this it was "broken when it came in:" ***** offered to look at it for me but at this point I don't want them touching my truck.

We have reached out to ************ with no response. We were more than happy to look into it and definitely fix the washer nozzles which could have been caused by us taking the hood off.
-2011 Dodge; sunroof was not operable when vehicle came in, our fault for not saying anything and assuming customer was aware. It is an older vehicle, vehicles come in everyday with operations not functioning...if it is not directly related to the accident, we note during the check in process and move on. It is almost impossible to mention to every customer what does not work in their vehicle.
-************ could only come in on a Monday, he could not leave it overnight and could not bring it in until later in the day. Monday the 18 we did have a couple techs out sick and explained this to ************* He asked to bring it in on 25th... Christmas day, sorry not asking someone to work on a holiday. The next Monday is New Years.
************ was extremely happy when he got his Dodge back, especially since we buffed it for him at no charge. We never want a customer to be unhappy with our work and do everything to make it right in the event something is not as expected. I wish ************ would have given us the chance to make it right.

I'd like to make it clear no one reached out to me after the final phone call I made to lennox when they informed me that my sunroof was broken when it came in. I'd be more than willing to give my phone records and email to whoever to prove that fact .Also I never requested anyone to come in on Christmas day that's insane. I requested " next Monday" which I had forgotten was Christmas day but never asked anyone to make special arrangements for me and quickly took back that request. I was never asked if i could leave the truck. When I first called about this dillema we had agreed to look at the truck and see if it was an easy fix or if they needed time with it. The buffing of the truck was irrelevant. I asked originally how much it might cost to take out some of the scratches and a polish overall. While the truck was at lennox I called and requested that work NOT be performed and ***** said they would do it anyway at no additional cost.Customer Response

If I received any misinformation on the events that took place I apologize.
The last conversation **** offered to look at the truck the Monday after New Years (unfortunately we have two holidays that fall back-to-back on Mondays), ************ declined saying that he would look at it himself. **** offered additional assistance if needed and asked ************ to let us know if he needed further help, again we were more than happy to look at it around his schedule. This conversation was followed up with the negative reviews not giving us a chance to look at the truck.
We want all customers to have a positive experience. Our business is based of word of mouth, so it is always in our best interest to make a customer happy. I was disappointed to learn of this through bad reviews and comments without a call or opportunity to fix any issue, weather it was caused by us or was pre existing.
We are still more than willing to look at the truck and try and come to a conclusion/resolution with *************

Referred to Lennox for collision repair, and so glad I came. They were honest, provided me with timely updates, worked with my insurance and completed repairs ahead of schedule. They did incredible work and make this stressful process so easy. Won't take my car anywhere else!Review from Brad B

We were referred to Lennox Auto Body by a trusted local dent repair shop. Our experience was excellent from the first call to picking up our 2022 three days earlier than estimated. Each person we dealt with was friendly and polite. Our truck body work repair is exceptional. We cannot discern any color difference or body difference than when brand new just six months ago. We keep our truck in immaculate condition, so to find a local professional team that provides superior work is clutch!
