Thank you for reviewing my complaint. I always give folks the benefit of the doubt. So maybe there is some reason...having requested an invoice three times, that I am still waiting for one from Jordan. (Jordan was able to text me at the number he has. And I also just provided an email address.) I can't see how he arrives at the total he is charging. It just doesn't make sense that he charges $570 for work done to the fuel lines -- then he adds $240 like he is telling me -- it leads to a charge for $1,095, even with tax. I would like the invoice -- and it appears the amount charged is much too high, so I would like to come to an agreement with Jordan.Customer response

Received 03/15/2023:
Jordan of "Wyoming Mechanic" comes out to see my van at the RV park in Cheyenne, WY, where my vehicle has been located. The problem, I tell him, is that the vehicle is not starting. (Also, the fuel gage registers zero gasoline.) What Jordan then repairs (when the vehicle is brought back to his shop) .are connections which run to the fuel tank, which he does show me. He also states (actually on two occasions) that he has put in 5 gallons of gas into the vehicle. The first issue, however, is that after the repair, is the gage is pegged at empty, despite telling me in our conversation in February, that will add 5 gallons. (The gage is working properly.) (Jordan isn't providing, documentation as to the work performed, after four requests in person and documented via text.) The other, and larger issue, is that calling Jordan in February, he stated the cumulative amount for what has been done so far, is $570. And then he replaces the battery, for an additional $240. So far, these charges seem proper, but not for the work performed. So far, we are at $570 plus $240. Which is now $810, plus applicable taxes to the state. Then, that's minus the amount for 5 gallons of gasoline, (which at $3.50), equals $16.50. Taxes are $40.50. Now, Jordan did initially come out to the vehicle to check it out..but keep in mind that the total owed, was stated as $570. We are at therefore: $570.00 (fuel line work and inspection of the vehicle) + 240.00 (battery) + 40.50. Total: $850.00 When I picked up the vehicle, Jordan would not release it until $1095 was paid. I am requesting the difference back. The difference is $245.00. What is below is what has been sent by "Wyoming Mechanic" to me. (Nothing is in spam.)
