              Today my wife went into Grease Monkey to have her oil changed. The tech told her after changing the oil that her oil pan is leaking and should have it fixed. Than proceeded to charge her over $200 for an oil change that we'll have to have done again when we fix the pan leak. These actions were a complete way to take money from a customer. Why would any rational person pay over two hundred dollars to put oil into a leaking vehicle? After speaking to *** (store owner), he told me if he did fix every leaking vehicle he would make any money. This statement clearly defines his business model; cheat the custom. Stay away from ***'s Grease Monkey or you will regret it.
