I lease a lot from Continental Estates. Their supplied electricity had a bad neutral line and damaged most all of my electrical appliances with food in my deep freezer spoiling. I put in a claim to my home insurance which was paid. I want Continental Estates to repay me the $300 deductible that I had to pay.Initial Complaint

The electrical source to my lot has failed twice. The first time was in the Spring of 2020 and again this year. The first time I lost most every electrical appliance in the home. I turned the claim into my house insurance. I had to call around to find a contractor. I worked away during the week so my weekends were my only moments to remedy the problem. It took a month and the new manager refused to call the owner or provide their name and contact information.The problem reoccurred this year. This time the park manager provided a company. A temporary wired fix was installed. That wire played exposed out on the ground all Summer. I complained in August. Now all of September I have an open excavation and still do. Last weekend they shut off the power with no notice or explaination. My bedroom air conditioner has not worked since. I want the job to be finished,, this is beyond ridiculous,,, plus I want them to pay the $276 for the exact replacement air conditioner. I am wanting to retire.
