This company is now located in **** *******. I purchased their 03/04 Cobra heat exchanger, new billet intercooler w/ flow mod and crank support back in December of 2021 for a customer. Talking with ****** he said that late February to early March I should have all the parts. I was ok with this since my customers motor was with the engine builder and this timing would work out well. Come ******* I was also looking for another billet intercooler setup and heat exchanger for another customer. Come February, no real update aside from supply issues, which I understood. Finally, February ****** said that providing a new billet intercooler will be impossible since he only had 1 or 2 cores left that were accounted for. I told him that is fine, we can substitute the one paid for with the modified factory intercooler w/ flow mod and I will pay for the one for my my second customer. Just refund me the difference. He agreed. Mid April I received the factory modified intercoolers w/ flow mods and shipped back the other factory intercooler for core. May rolls around still excuses about heat exchanger parts and find out he sold crank support rights to another company. Over a month, no responses. I filed a dispute. Finally he replies. I get the crank support a few days later. Still excuses about heat exchanger. I cancel dispute (5/31/22) trying to be understanding. I cancel the 2nd HE exchanger. No communication on his end for 2 months. End Aug says has HE, needs shipping boxes. Sept 24th get HE, no brackets or hardware. No reply to text. FB messaged him w/ my customer and he replies. I end up getting brackets made, powder coated and buy hardware. Told him we still needed refund for $800 for IC cost difference and brackets I had made. He said he had no money. told him needed plan for issuing refund. Said he was sending some money week of Oct 4th. Nothing received. Says in hosiptal and surgery. Another month goes by and nothing. Still to 11/22/22 no money received for refund.
