We have been using roto rooter for awhile now, we dont have the 20 thousand to fix the issue at this time so we decided to put our home on a 90 day schedule, which has kept things up to par. As of Feb 14 2023 our 90 days was up and I contacted Brian from roto rooter several times to come and clean the pipe. He kept saying i was on his schedule. Last night my home flooded around 10pm, granted we just paid to get the carpet replaced in the room where it flooded and hired a maint man to fix all the swollen trim and dry wall for the 3rd time last week. I called roto rooter which claims they are a 24 hr service, the answering service called Brian 4 times before he decided to answer. I was put threw to him, he complained about the time being 10pm, i asked him if he ever showed up, he deliberatly lied to me saying he came, i informed him i have cameras on my home and checked back to Jan and he isn't on the recordings and he was lying. I asked him to send me proof of him coming, he stated he couldn't show me proof. Which in turn was him admitting he lied. I told him to come first thing in the morning and my husband would be home, i asked what time he would show up and he hung up on me. I called the answering service again to be told Brian ignores his phone after 10pm for all customers, when they are a 24 hr service. I feel my home should be fixed and i be compensated
