On January 19, 2023, I returned a lightbulb that was sent by P. Baller company via the online ******* store. I was told I would receive a full refund of $17.67 back on the same card that I used to purchase the item, which was my bank card, and that it could take up to 10 business days. I never received the refund which is reflected in the screenshots of my bank history that I have attached. I called the company and left a voicemail in February and never heard back. In the beginning of March, I provided feedback to *******, explaining that I never received the refund, via their online feedback system. I also sent a message to the seller that I never received the refund. I never heard back from ******* and the seller wrote it would take 3 to 4 days for the refund following my return, which is reflected in the screenshot of their email message that I have attached. I responded that it had been well over that time frame and then I did not receive the refund. On March 12, 2023, they responded that they sent the refund. It is now March 21 and theres no sign of the refund. I want to be refunded in full as promised by the company and by *******. All communication is visible in the screenshots of all the emails below. I dont have an email address so I use my daughters. I would like the full $17.67 refunded to my bank as promised as soon as possible because this has gone on for too long.
