            I bought a splitter from this company and it doesn't work. I asked them for a refund. I got one response for more information which was provided and never heard back. I have followed up numerous times. They have no phone number, chat won't address it at all and there is no other way to handle this. I am not sure why a return should be so difficult.

            A week ago I ordered and I received a **** tracking label generated for shipment. The tracking is showing that the **** has to pick up the parcel. After a week, I see the same status. After sending them several emails, I received the same message to wait ***** hours. Eight days gone and still the same response. I don't know if they are legit and how are they doing? Business in the *************. They don't have any customer service and phone number. Am I living in the third world where such things happen? How can I get back my money? I read several reviews that show an identical issue.
