    Pattern of Complaint:

    On February 16, 2021, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery, customer service, and refund issues.  Consumers allege that the business charges for orders immediately but there are long delays with both back orders and shipping. Consumers further allege that they make multiple calls and/or emails to the business with no answer or response.  Complainants state that because the business is unable to be reached, they are unable to obtain a refund for undelivered orders in a timely manner.  In The Hole! Inc. is ultimately responding to complaints, but it does appear the consumers have to jump through hoops to reach the business.

    As of February 27, 2021, In The Hole! is working with BBB to eliminate the underlying pattern of complaints.  The business did not sign the agreement to eliminate the pattern of complaints and but has provided the following response:

    "As you can see in the “Availability” field, near the “Add to Cart” button, we have the anticipated availability for these products.  We have also started following up with an email informing the customer for the lead time. The supply issues of the past year have been unprecedented, and although they are starting to improve, they are likely to persist for quite some time.  So we are implementing systems to continue to follow up with customers and inform them of expected lead times for these affected products and provide updates as they become available.  We are committed to taking care of our customers and providing the best service possible.  To ensure customer inquiries are addressed as quickly as possible, we are in the process of hiring more customer service staff as the golf season is almost upon us.  We are always available during business hours of 9am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri.  Although we have had challenges managing call volumes over the past year and hold times to speak with customer service agents, additional staff will alleviate these wait times.  We are also available via email.  We have been in business for over 20 years and have never seen a spike in demand as we have over the past year.  We are putting systems and staff in place to handle another surge in demand for this golf season."

      In the Hole Golf is claiming to have product in stock and then after the order state it is back ordered. When asked for a refund they created a shipping receipt then never shipped the items. **** stated all they got was that a request had been made, but the package was never provided to them.

      On June 20, 2024 I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses. At the time the order was placed there was no statement that the glasses were on back order. However when I further reviewed the receipt it was at that time it was indicated they were on back order. I immediately began reaching out to this business to cancel the order. Over the past two weeks I have sent numerous emails as well as left numerous voicemails. At no time of the day or day of the week does anyone answer the phone, return phone calls, or respond to emails. I have now noticed that his is a habitual pattern of behavior. I want the order canceled and my money refunded. I did reach out to my bank this am who stated to wait until the end of the week and they would file a dispute if the issue remain unresolved. The BBB should not only warn customers but should shut them down!

      I bought the *** Sunday Golf Travel Case on 5 May 2024 order no. ******* I have paid USD319.99 including shipment for the items.I have emailed them to enquire on the delivery as the item is under back order but there was no reply from them. I have subsequently emailed them 10 times from 6th May to 21st May to their customer service email but again no reply from them. The last email I sent is requesting to get a refund on the items but theres no reply from them. I am worried that I am a victim of fraud, as such I wanted to make a complaint.

      Purchased golf cart covers on 2/1/24. Was told delivery would be 2-5 weeks. Never received (today is 4/9/24). Attempted texting, emailing, calling this company and received no replies. have now requested a refund. By the other complaints I've found against this company, I am not hopeful.

      Ordered a pair of golf boots the first on November 2023 and this is now the first of February and have not received them yet. Credit card was charged the $ ****** for them. I have emailed and called the company with no responses. On their website they would ship in 2 days. Would like by boots are money back.

      I placed an order for a battery for my electric golf "push" cart - 5-31-2023.6-6-2023 I received an email regarding a delay of 2-3 weeks.7-19-2023 I emailed after calling and leaving a voice message asking about the status.I've emailed and called again in July, but not received any response.

      I placed an order with In The Hole Golf on June 16, 2023 for replacement wheels for my golf push cart (Order #*******, $82.25). Their website showed the item in stock. On June 24 I received an email stating the item is back-ordered 1-2 weeks. I emailed their customer service on July 5 and July 6 inquiring the status of my of my order, and received no response. I tried to join the live chat feature on their website multiple times and each time I got the message that all of their agents were busy helping other customers. I called today (July 10), all customer service agents were busy, so I left a message inquiring about my order. I also went to the website today, and the same wheels are shown as still in-stock. I would like a refund.
