    - Placed order on March 9 - I realized the tote bag was completely different than what they advertised on their website once I received it - I paid $48.98USD ($29.99USD was for shipping alone)- They said on their website that the tote bag would have a pocket, zipper and be made of durable cotton, however the product I received had none of those things - I had purchased this same tote bag months prior so I already knew of the quality and was expecting it to be the same - I emailed the business on March 30th to explain the situation and they emailed me in return to say theyve passed on the issue to a higher up that would reach out to me within 1-3 business days.- I followed up again on April 7th after no response whatsoever - At the moment we are receiving large amount of inquiries, we will get back to you asap. is what they emailed me in return (on April 9th)- I followed up again on April 14th, 17th and 21st with no response again - I would like my money back and I asked them for a refund explicitly but they have deliberately ignored me

    My first order with them took forever. I had ordered a month in advance for a gift for friends and it came so late that I couldn't give them the gifts on their birthdays. The quality of the items was wonderful though and I decided I would order from them again and make sure to order even earlier. I ordered a set of pens and some stickers (and possibly something else, I don't even remember now) for the child I nanny as a Christmas gift.However, they were still late with the order, and to make matters worse, when they finally did deliver it was the day before Christmas and my package was either lost by the mail service or it was stolen off my porch. I've been going back and forth with customer service for over three months now and all they tell me is to check with my postal office (which I have and they reiterate that it's not with them and it was dropped off on my porch the day before Christmas Eve). I was told at one point that I would have a manager contact me to resolve this issue and never heard from said person. I tried giving them more time and being patient but it's now late February and I first contacted them at the end of December about my issue.I won't be purchasing from this shop again. The way they're handling my claim is entirely dismissive. I wouldn't recommend using the shop for anyone. They take way too long to deliver and won't help you if your items don't make it to you.
