- Placed order on March 9 - I realized the tote bag was completely different than what they advertised on their website once I received it - I paid $48.98USD ($29.99USD was for shipping alone)- They said on their website that the tote bag would have a pocket, zipper and be made of durable cotton, however the product I received had none of those things - I had purchased this same tote bag months prior so I already knew of the quality and was expecting it to be the same - I emailed the business on March 30th to explain the situation and they emailed me in return to say theyve passed on the issue to a higher up that would reach out to me within 1-3 business days.- I followed up again on April 7th after no response whatsoever - At the moment we are receiving large amount of inquiries, we will get back to you asap. is what they emailed me in return (on April 9th)- I followed up again on April 14th, 17th and 21st with no response again - I would like my money back and I asked them for a refund explicitly but they have deliberately ignored meInitial Complaint

I bought a pen from here costing me around 17 which I didnt mind as they had an offer at the time to receive a mystery gift with this worth up to 50 the gift and pen arrived and all items were seriously low quality and worthless. I asked for my money back on 11th January and after over 14 emails back and forth sending them pictures, asking for a reply they have just ignored me always saying they will pass on to a senior supervisor and get back to me within 3 working days I keep chasing them up and then they dont respond at all. Disgusting customer service they are a scam company.My order number is ****** I placed this on 8th January I asked for a refund within 2 weeks and still have been ignored. Date of the Transaction : Jan 20th , 2023 Amount of money paid to business : $ ***** Order # : ****** What the business committed to provide you : The business has failed to provide me with a refund and proper response to cancel order.What the nature of the dispute is : I reached out to seller few days ago in regards to canceling order and giving me a full refund. I sent one to six emails as they didn't respond til Saturday saying are you sure you want to cancel? I said cancel yes please . No response since then to any emails in regards to refunding my order.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 1/4/22 and received an email acknowledging the order. Then nothing more till I sent them an email on 3/27/22. They requested a photo of my mailing address on any mail item I had received. This I sent to them. I also informed them that I had never received an email indicating that the order had been shipped. They responded on 4/4/22 with an email saluted to "Aine" saying that the shipping email had been sent to a gmail address that is obviously not me and asking Aine to contact ****** They had told me that they were opening a missing parcel ticket with the shipping company. On 5/8/22 I sent them another email saying that I had still not gotten the order. They replied to Aine again saying that it was no longer their problem as the package had been destroyed by ***** because no one had gotten in touch with ****** I have sent the entire stream to Kawaii Pen Shop and informed them that I am filing a complaint.
