  This place is not even good enough for 1 star. To all of the parents who have forced trauma onto your child you deserve the absolute worse. It was YOUR choice to have children, but yet you chose to neglect them? I sent my little, 15 year old Nolima, to the industry. She was only allowed 20 minute phone calls once a week, and if she misbehaved she would be punished and prohibited from calling me for 2-3 weeks. Every single phone call was monitored by these MALE staff members who would continuously ask my NoliMa inappropriate questions. This was already a major red flag to me, but when my NoliMa risked it all to tell me what was really going on, my heart shattered. She spoke to me in our native language, and she got beaten for it. I immediately told everyone I knew about this, and I had my daughter come home as soon as possible. She is now with me, and I am ever so sorry for what I put her through by sending her to this camp. My poor NoliMa, I love you. This place is a nightmare.

  We thank you for reaching out in helping our daughter and supporting her to develop skills that will be necessary and very helpful for her future. May God protect and bless you all!!!! Life is not easy, especially for teens that have nowadays other distractions constantly like “social media”, cells, internet and less interaction with everyday “just normal human touch” and real down to earth normal people. We are living in a very “confused” society and sometimes even parents don’t want to take the time to share valuable and healthy time with their kids. This causes Bad and distractive vibes on kids….especially kids that do not want to learn how to forgive, respect, and learn how to appreciate important values of life. Life around loving family is always a wonderful experience enriching your soul, body and mind for years to come. I send you all my thoughts from the bottom of my heart and only wishing you the Best for all your hard work in always trying to make each day a worthwhile experience for our loving and caring daughter who successfully and intellectually is showing progress!!   Trinity offered my daughter treatment in an intimate setting with minimal distractions from external triggers. Not only did the individualize treatment teach her to manage her anxiety and identify the source of her PTSD they encouraged parental involvement with a focus on the after care process to ensure she was re-entering an environment that was consistent with the structure and stability required to boost my daughters success after residential treatment. The team was engaging, compassionate and provided the consistent care my daughter needed to feel safe, loved and trust the adults around her as she healed. My daughter has been home for almost 4 weeks and we see a positive change in her, not only is she able to identify and manage her anxiety, she is mature, engaged and more confident than she has ever been. This experience has been life changing for my entire family, coming from a place of darkness with a teenager who gave up on herself to a young woman who is not afraid to share her story because she wants to make a difference in the lives of young people who don't know where to find help.

  It is a very tough decision to raise your hand and get help for a teen experiencing very difficult and personal problems. The staff at Trinity went above and beyond to help us to feel comfortable and since we were out of State it created a lot of work to negotiate payment with our insurance company. They worked tirelessly to help our daughters and also took care of all the work that was necessary to get our insurance to pay. We are so grateful to the staff and Trinity.
