I placed an order to Alpyn Beauty on 3/27/24. On 4/4/24 I still had not received any notification that my order was processed and ship. I filled out the contact form on their website and asked that since my order had not shipped yet, could I cancel the order. I got a reply soon after from someone stating my order had been delivered the previous day. I did locate the package, but I no longer wanted the order. I had seen on the website that they accept returns within 30 days. On 4/5/24 I replied to the email from customer service that I decided I did not want the products and wanted to initiate a return. I did not get a response. I emailed them again twice on 4/6/24 and did not receive a response. I filled out another contact form today (4/8/24) and again asked for a return. No one has gotten back to me still. I cannot find a phone number for them.Business response

Hi there,
We replied to the customer with instructions to return her recent order in a timely manner. (As you can see from the attached correspondences).
Upon receiving this complaint, we waived our return policy and have issued this customer a full refund in the amount of $230.26 back to this customers original payment method. It may take up to 4 business days for the amount to completely reflect in her account, but I can assure you that we have issued a full refund. We have also offered for the customer to keep the products for herself or give them to a friend or a family member, no need to return them to us. We sincerely apologize to this customer for any frustration she may have experienced. Our customers are always our number one priority, and we would hate to upset anyone. We hope we are able to make amends with this customer and move forward in a better direction.
