            False advertising of an event and experience. Late notice of cancellation of event. No refund and no communication about refund through official email and facebook contact. Numerous other online complaints about this highly advertised scam. Suspiciously well made sign for a business that allegedly only had 1 hour notice from the health department to cancel... those take days to make and longer to be shipped from sign makers. Seems like they've been putting out the premade "oh no we had a cancellation" sign every year.

            I was extremely happy with how smoothly the event ran. I went by myself and everyone I talked to was really nice, the vendors were decently priced, and we got lucky with a nice day. Seeing everyones lanterns out on the water once it got dark was definitely a magical experience. Id love to go again next year.
