I spoke to this collection company about deleting what they have on file with my name because the payment is not correct and the lady I spoke to was very rude and she didn’t care at all that it’s a pandemic , she just said that basically she spoke to me before and told me I need to pay , I reported to the credit bureaus and the deleted it off some of my credit history but it came back on one of my credit bureaus and it’s unfair that I have to pay all of this based on I don’t agree on the amountUSCB Corporation Response

Our records indicate we last spoke to Ms. D*** on 12/07/2021. She wanted to settle her account with our client **** ****** ****** & offered $500.00 to close & delete this account from her credit history. Our representative explained to her the lowest settlement offer based on her participation in the program would be $845.60 & her credit report would be updated to settled in full. At my clients request this account has since been closed and removed from our office. This agency has closed our file, marked our records accordingly and forwarded this information to our client. Any entries to her credit report have been deleted. I am not sure who Ms. D*** has spoken to concerning this account, but it was not our office. I would recommend she contact the school directly & work out an arrangement with them to resolve her tuition.
