Our rental property on ***** ****** in Philly experienced a major leak. Alpha and Omega told our property management company that a new roof was required. We paid them to replace it. The leak happened again and caused major manage to the ceiling/drywall. They claimed this time that it was the door leading to the roof deck that needed to be fixed. We paid them to fix the new set of damage plus this door issue. The leak just happened again and caused more damage -- we have an email from them stating they would fix the issue. They are now REFUSING to stand by their work and lying about the chain of events. They want more money to fix the problem. They are claiming they met with us to show us issues with the door, but this is a red herring and bold-faced lie (we employ a property management company so of course we didnt meet with them). We now believe they fraudulently claimed the roof required repair in the first place. We've asked them to simply stand by their work and fix the damages caused by their failures. They refuse. Because of this, our property management company (**) is no longer working with this contractor and we are being forced to look into small claims court as a last resort. If they won't fix their work, we want a refund for the roof and all subsequent charges.
