We did our due diligence in researching a reputable pool company in the Tampa Bay area. We chose Larsens ********** to create our outdoor living space with no regrets. Larsens completed the job without delay and exceeded our expectations!Our experience at the design center with **** was amazing. He acknowledged our ideas, shared his thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. Our design was transformed to a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. It was a pleasure working with ****. Our construction manager **** was very knowledgeable, possesses excellent communication skills, well-organized and displayed professionalism. **** was on-site and proactive during construction. He clearly communicated every step with us, by keeping us informed and always returning our calls. He truly cared about our project, and it showed in his attention to details. ***** hard work, continuous efforts and organization skills were the driving force to keep things moving forward with an end result of our project being completed prior to the date promised. He is an asset to Larsens and we are grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get the job done!After our pool and spa were installed we had the pleasure to work with ******. He completed our initial pool startup. ****** was very kind, considerate and patient. We appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for our pool. From the very beginning, the process was wonderful. It starts with the design team which there is no pressure and they do not push you to buy all the bells and whistles. They work with you and go with what YOU want. Then you meet the project manager, and goes over the work in detail and gives you the timeline of what's to come, no surprises. The crew were all exceptionally professional and were dedicated to their craft. I got to know the tile crew as they were the ones with the most work. Very meticulous and attention to detail, as the outcome was perfect! In actuality the pool renovation was completed ahead of time! One thing I really like about ******** is the commitment they put into their customer. They're there for you! So all in all, from the demo crew to the pool maintenance guy, all professional, open communication. I would highly recommend ******** for those seeking a new pool or a renovation. In fact a friend of mine plans to use them on a renovation. I can't wait to use my pool this coming season! Bottom line is if you want a no hassle, pressure free, no hidden fees, or fake promises experience, go with the one and only ******** Pool and Spa! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. They were quick, thorough and always available. I never had to wait for someone to get back to me during the process and was always willing to change anything I didnt agree with. They were extremely professional and did exceptional work. We highly recommend Larsen's Pool and Spa to anyone.

Our journey in adding a swimming pool to our home began in 2021 with carefully reading a multitude of reviews on various pool builders available to us. Once we narrowed our search we sought the BBB ratings for the two remaining companies. Larsen's Pool and Spa had a stellar rating with only one complaint in 3 years (resolved), compared to their competitor which had 27 complaints.

Eric L., owner of Larsen's Pool and Spa, personally introduced himself and welcomed us. From the beginning, we met with professionals of Larsen's Pool and Spa who guided us throughout the entire project. Our buildout began early November 2021 was completed by mid February 2022. We actually paused the buildout for one month since we traveled overseas, otherwise we would have finished by mid January. We wanted a pool that would blend into our landscape and the lake. Therefore, we chose not to enclose, nor surround our pool with pavers. We also had Larsen's Pool and Spa replace our lanai concrete pavers with the same marble coping used for pool. The workmanship was excellent.

We couldn't be happier with the final results. Our pool feels as naturally set in the yard as the lake behind our property. The equipment chosen by Larsen's Pool and Spa is to of the line and is working perfectly. Despite opting to forgo a screened enclosure, maintenance has been minimal, pests have been eliminated using two 40 watt bug zapper lamps. I highly recommend Larsen's services and would contract with them again.

I am so pleased and RELIEVED that we chose Larsen's Pool & Spa as our pool builder! They have an excellent reputation for a reason. We signed our agreement with them after the pandemic started and they stuck with us, answering all our questions, explaining the steps that had to happen and maintained their timeline. There were a lot of pools being put in at that time and Larsen's Pool & Spa did not overextend themselves like others. No surprises, open communication - and we have the most beautiful pool in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service and attention we received while working with Larsen's. Beginning with the design process, they listened to what we wanted, took our ideas, and turned them into a beautiful design. Everyone involved kept us informed throughout the process, and worked with us to ensure the schedules were met. As with any large project, there were some minor issues, but they let us know immediately and worked with us to get them fixed. Our project manager was on-site regularly and kept us apprised of scheduling and next steps, and our pool was complete in a matter of a few months. We have nothing but good things to say about Larsen's and their associates and have already recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors.

I believe I made the right choice with Larsen's. They followed through well, and the project was completed in a reasonable time frame. Quality is most important to me, and my pool shell is very thick concrete, well reinforced. The shell is much more robust than some others that I've seen. The finished product is very close to my initial vision, and I'm pleased with my pool. There were a few issues along the way, but that is to be expected with a fairly large project. All issues and concerns were handled to my satisfaction. I know there were material price increases between the time I signed my contract and the time the pool was constructed. There was no attempt to pass these price increases on to me. This shows integrity and commitment to honor the agreement. During a time when labor is hard to find and very expensive, and quality workmanship seems to be the exception rather than the rule, Larsen's got the job done well.

I'm so happy I chose to hire Larsen's pools for my new pool construction. I was hesitant to get into the process because I've heard so many horror stories with pool building projects, and I really wanted to avoid one of those situations. Eric, the owner of the company was very professional and he took the time to speak with me before I chose to work with them. He assured me that I would receive the highest quality in a timely manner, and that is exactly what I received. As soon as the permits were approved, the work was started. There was never a time when I had to wait around weeks and weeks for someone to come back and finish something or a delay in between stages of the work. They remained on their promised schedule, and even finished a little earlier than they originally told me. My project started at the end of December and was finished in the middle of March. Dan did a great job with my design and was always patient and took the time to make changes throughout the design process, the result was exactly what I wanted, the design and size of the pool is perfect. Reid did a great job of managing the project and was always a good communicator. He takes the time to listen to any questions, concerns or issues you may have and he will always do his best to make the clients as happy as possible throughout the process. Overall, the communication is great, the product is great, and I am very happy. I recommend Larsen's pools to anyone that wants a quality pool done the right way without all the aggravation!
