We signed a contract with them on 5/6/22 for a pool and spa, almost 11 months later and the project is still not completed.We last received contact from **** 2 weeks ago stating that they would be over the next day to begin repairs to damage that they had done to our home and the neighbors fence.We have not seen or heard from them since.On 9/6 **** came out to dig the hole for the pool.There was an immediate issue with the dig caving in the neighbors patio deck and fence.We continually call and texted **** photos as the hole went from small problem to large crater.We sent many messages about the rain washing more and more dirt away and the pumps not working.Then we experienced hurricane ***, making the issue even more disastrous.A large section of his patio tiles had dropped into the crater and the fence had bowed so much that sections of it began to break away from each other.Thankfully the team did eventually fill in the hole and their tile setter repaired the tiles on the patio, however the issue of the broken fence still stands.**** and Yarrow (the owners) are now stating that it isn't their issue to resolve.I have taken it upon myself to repair their fence.Around 1/3 the team to install the tiles came.We immediately noticed that the tiles would cover up the bolt holes for our hurricane shutters, 2 inches to high.We stoped their work and called **** expressing what a huge issue this would be.**** came up with the solution that they would lower the slope one inch and re-drill the holes for the shutters up one inch.Week after week we would call, text, email **** asking about the hurricane shutters.Sometimes we would be told, I'll be there tomorrow and they would never show up but mostly they would never answer the phone.I have attached the contract all of this damage is their responsibility especially after giving them so many warnings about what was happening.this doesn't include the fines we got for dirt the yard for over 3 months.
