One star only cause I can't leave no stars.The owner is incredibly rude. I've read a review that he is also discriminatory. We had the service of $80 a month for approximately 3 years.We have an issue with ********* ants. First, we were never told that those ants will never be eradicated. I have found out with my new company that exterminators don't guarantee ********* ants. Fair enough. I get it.Second, I watched several of the applications done with his employees, and him. It was all done within 10 minutes. The spray was just brushed over the trees and ant mounds. This new company takes 30 minutes to do the job, thoroughly.My husband called and left a voicemail in Mar/Apr to cancel our service.The owner showed up unexpectedly in May. We let him treat since he was there. I mentioned to him that my friend who lives in another state and is an exterminator told me different poisons have to be used each time because the ants acclimate quickly. The company I have now uses spray, then granules...variety of things. This guy at Johnson Pest Control and all of his employees have only sprayed. Now, I don't know about insect poisons, but if it was a spray every single time, was it different poisons? I don't know.The owner got rude with me and gave me the "you're a dumb woman" look. He said "I always use different stuff"The owner has sent a few rude emails to my husband just for trying to cancel. The owner also took screenshots of the emails and posted them on ******** with our name, address and phone number. I told the owner that it was illegal to do that. He has since blocked my profile from his business and personal page.To say this guy is unprofessional, and possibly ripping people off is an understatement. Our new company is a small local company that only charges $60 a month.
