    I purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from David ****** at Hart Motors and he is just a wonderful person as well as a very experienced salesman he did everything that he said that he would and is a straight up nice guy I would and will tell my friends about him a great experience because of David thankyou David

    Every disappointed in the service department. Bought used Kia in January. It broke down in July we took it in and they did a couple things to it and we were to watch oil consumption for 1000 miles. It went through a quart in less than 2 weeks was told to bring back in that they were having problems with engines. Was told they would look at it with in 2 weeks went in after 2 weeks they said now it would be 4-6 weeks before they could look at it. This problem started July 13 and we still don’t have answers. We have bought several cars from Hart over the years and have never had the problems in the past. We bought the car because we needed it and now we are having to try and work transportation out for work. This is not acceptable. .

    We are in the process of working to get your car in as we have other customers who are ahead of your work order with similar issues. This is by no way an excuse, but unfortunately just the facts of the matter.

    Absolutely horrendous customer service. The manager at this dealership began to raise his voice and get angry simply because I said “MSRP” means manufacture SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE. Which can be confirmed from a quick google search. He proceed to get loud and tell me that I was wrong, lying to consumers is just disgraceful. I guess they forgot word of mouth and reputation is what keeps a company going!

    Thank you for your heartfelt comments. We agree with your definition of MSRP. Most other new car dealers in our current climate are adding thousands of dollars to the "MSRP." As a company, we consciously made the decision NOT to charge thousands OVER the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. We felt that their strategy was short sighted, and would not be fair to our family of customers who have been buying from HART for generations during our 86 years serving the Roanoke Valley and beyond. It is our hope that you'll reconsider our offer, or discuss other options that we have available to you, whether that is a different model, or one of our many used vehicles which carry warranty coverage.
