      Amazon has once again demonstrated significant shortcomings in customer service. On July 2nd, I purchased a Sensorcan (an automatic trash can) for $99.78. However, by July 18th, the same item was listed for $60.00. When I requested a price adjustment, Amazon's response was disappointingly inadequate. They informed me that the only solution was to return the can to ******, despite having discarded the packaging, and then place a new order. This approach is impractical and wasteful, as it involves unnecessary shipping costs and time, especially given that I had only six hours left before Prime Day ended. The inefficiency and lack of common sense in their handling of this situation highlight a need for serious managerial changes within the company.

      I signed up for a high tier planet fitness membership with a promotional offering of an Amazon halo. For weeks I never received the code and after fighting for a code, I was given one that did not work. I put in a request for help with Amazon who never got back to me. This has been a back and forth issue for almost a year now of me contacting them for help and them either never getting back to me or acting like they have no idea what Im talking about. I even called planet fitness who confirmed that the fault was on Amazon who essentially ghosted them and other customers on the deal. They also said that ********************** was reimburse individuals with the balance for the halo in their accounts, yet I have received no such deal. No one at Amazon even knows or if they remember the deal they tell me its too late even though I have been calling for months to resolved this. I have been talked to so rudely and even hung up on while not even being rude to the service worker. The last conversation I had the woman rushed me off the phone, refused an email summary, and ultimately hung up on me. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional especially from an established company as this. The fact that this person was a supervisor needs to be addressed as well. Overall I want my coupon code/voucher as promised and I want this resolved so that I can move on.

      I have Amazon Prime and ordered item I needed to recieve ASAP . I always watch when amazon driver nearby . This time amazon driver tried to deliver totaly empty package , I felt it in my hands it was totaly empty and called driver to check it out , He opened it and it was empty , he said he will contact customer service and be back in 20 minutes but of course it was a lie . I do not understand why amazon makes drivers to deliver empty packages , they take pics that package is on floor delivered but package is empty . And anyone can easily tell its empty just holding it . Its very upseting and traumatizing expirience . its like they try to place fault on the customer when driver should mark it as lost in transit so customer will get immediate replacement without the hassle of trying to reach throu automated customer service and get some help . I did reach to a live associate through chat online because I could not reach a live person on phone where bot telling me package was delivered like I was crazy . Its totaly inapropriate .If you have automated service you should include product is missing from package . And fire drivers for telling lies like they will be back when in fact they wont .

      Made an order four days ago with promised same day shipping. Four days have gone by and no order. Not only that, ...I've called three times asking them to send out another order but they won't. Amazon seems much less concerned about customer satisfaction than in the past. Not a good sign. They have enough business and aren"t concerned about the angst they've caused me.Not an Amazon fan anymore.

      Canceled my amazon subscription long ago. Yesterday I got a text about my subscription is in danger of being canceled. Then I get a charge of $15.76 fir the subscription. Went to the site and canceled again and got a refund. Unfortunately, this caused an overdraft fee of $20 from my bank. Which I cannot afford. And on top of that, when I signed up long ago, I was on a government program and amazon offered a discount monthly fee for people on these programs. And then, the only way to contact is by phone. I don't want to talk to somebody. There should be other options for contacting amazon. I searched fir thise options and found an *** address, but got a response that it isn't capable of handling my request.

      Prime price listed was not the price charged once it was put into your cart.This happened with numerous items they listed prime deal then charged full price.

      My complaint about Amazon.com is due to their policy to allow sellers on their site to trap customers with "non returnable" items. I recently purchased a pack of 3 shoe deodorizers from a seller on Amazon.com. Within a day I found the item at half the price I paid. So, I tried to return my purchase but was told that the item was non-returnable due to Hazmat safety reasons. I am sure many other buyers have been trapped by this policy. My neighbor got stuck with a $60 pair of shoes because they were non-returnable. In the **, almost all states have a return policy which protects customers for a reasonable period, especially when the item has not been opened or used. If the item is non-returnable it should be highlighted and conspicuously displayed such that the customer cannot miss this detail. This is a sneaky way of trapping customers with items they no longer need. In my case i paid twice the cost. I had to make several calls with Amazon and I finally got them to issue me a credit but most people may not do it. BBB should step in to protect consumers from these sneaky tactics enforced by Amazon.com

      Amazon is gravely misrepresenting their company. They state they are, "Earth's most Consumer-centric Company". That is simply not true. I was informed today by the customer service individual at **********************, that an order I purchased and made during their deal time *****th, will not be honored, and wasn't received by this consumer. Instead of focusing on how to get the order delivered to me that I had purchased and should have received, I was informed solely of the process of proving my story and then returning this other item that came instead, before I can receive only a refund of my purchased item, and not receive the item originally purchased, as was anticipated. Since this item was purchased at the deal time, *****th, I will no longer be able to receive this item at the price I paid, even if I did re-order it, which was their only solution for me to do about my issue. This goes against honoring orders made, and satisfying the consumer. I was literally told, you are just out of luck, there is no way we can just send you the order that you purchased, and not even because it was out of stock, just due to them not really to be bothered with it, that will only be something the consumer has to be bothered with in fixing their error. I will now have to first prove that this happened and wait and the only outcome is to receive a refund. I'm out my highly anticipated order at the sale price, which was solely why I purchased it. The consumer is treated as the last priority to this company, i don't think it is right for them to advertise themselves as otherwise. As I was told, this is protocol. The consumer is just out of what they want, if Amazon makes a mistake. Not their problem. This is their protocol, I think people deserve to know this before making purchases here. They need to display these protocols clearly so people can make a choice to order through their site, given their level of accountability for mistakes made by them and satisfying the consumer.

      I placed an order during Prime Day and it was supposed to be delivered today, but it never updated any information for my order, with no estimated delivery date, and no tracking information. I chatted with their agents, but they didn't help anything just asked me to wait wait wait. Some of them said this item was out of stock, some said it's still in stock but the system had a delay issue. The webpage still shows it's in stock and it's available to be purchased.

      I am warning people of amazon and a certain seller. The seller is RJSFOIRYROU and amazon told me it was a company that they were in with. I ordered an item for a very ill family member about to pass and he wanted a certain shirt for it has a special story behind the shirt about his past. I told the seller this around 10 messages to get ignored. Amazon promised this item would come within 48 hours guaranteed only to get it cancelled both times. Watch out for amazon and this seller. I actually found this shirt elsewhere and the seller actually wrote me back and is hurrying up the shipping. I thought once an item was paid for, that the seller would actually SHIP it. BEWARE OF AMAZON AND THIS SELLER. I was surprised that amazon took up for this seller and promised me around 50 times this item was there and would ship. Yes, I said around 50 phone calls to get the same run around. The seller never did write my e mail and I begged for that item even. BUYER BEWARE
