              Purchased their divorce paperwork and found out they were not the service they promised. Called them within 15 minutes of purchase requesting a full refund. They won't honour their money-back guarantee, using predatory tactics to trick you into a payment. Even the fine details of their "100% satisfaction guarantee" contradict what their entire policy states. . I have contacted **** to get my refund.

              ************.com Trustpilot On-line Divorce is Deceiving, misleading and claims no extra cost for a $299 divorce on-line. I wanted a refund and was told I would only get a 50%Refund - $39.99 activation fee (extra cost not mentioned) I was offered $129 refund after a deduction of $418.09 from my bank account.I submitted canceling my information 5 minutes after I read under the submitted button in a small grey box That ************ Trustpilot On-line Divorce does not forward divorce information to the Courthouse.So far I'm out $418.09 And have not received Any Work done by ************.com or also known as Trustpilot On-line Divorce except added hartship ,stress and a consistent reply in a email your refund is $129 For $299 I could have download divorce forms from the Courthouse and submit it myself.So beware, don't assume that ************ Trustpilot On-line Divorse doesn't have your best interest at heart. Just a money grab.I guess that is why Trustpilots CEO ******************************** is sitting sweet with him $billions$ ***************** 2023

              Thank you for looking into Trustpilot Completecase on-line Divorce. It seems they sent you the same generic response that they sent me 3 times.They wanted me to sign into their system using a code that I never received when I first talked to a representative about cancelling 5 minutes after I pushed send. That is when I saw a small grey box stating that Completecase-on-line Divorce does not submit the< 20 > questions to a Judge.Their policy has a number of unsatisfied customer if you read other peoples comments,which I did after the fact.TrustPilot Completecase On-line Divorce took out of my bank account on *********** $418.09 to cover their $299.00 fee after filling <20> questions and $39 added on fee? which their policy claims no extra costs. May 8th $129.50was refunded, the total $169.30 was entered into my bank account. $418.09 -****** =$248.79 it costed me for pushing Trustpilot Completecase on-line Divorce and cancelled 5 minutes later .Does this sound like a company policy that protects Completecase on-line Divorce and does not guarantee 100% Satisfaction. I have all my emails back and forth with Trustpilot Completecase.com on-line Divorce and May 4th 11:47am call to ************. One of the first email I received stated that they did not think my experience was an genuine one. Which I had 2 days to reply. If you wish I can send my emails and bank statement.               I utilized these services not realizing that they auto-fill out the same forms that you can complete yourself from the ** courts website for free. The form 14 was sent blank, though I provided info for it to be completed and will be required to submit a completed form 14 when I file. They did not simplify the process at all for me, which I was under the impression that they would. When I asked for a refund, they denied it stating that I had access to their completed product. I didnt realize the completed document was the same free form until Id accessed it. Their email signature says 100% money back guarantee with no asterisk to reference policies stating otherwise. I would like to be refunded due to their unclear business practices.

              I should of looked here first ugh. They took at least 2 months to review my documents, I paid 90 a month for 6 months not knowing what I was paying for, I def would of gotten the more economical if they explained it period. But it is my first divorce, and they take advantage of that. I did call them a few times, and NONE of those calls did they inform hey your subscription is going to expire this day. I always called them to notify that like every first divorce, it takes time, energy, and funds In which they assured me they will be there for me. Their website is not user friendly, I never even saw a subscription end date. And I even emailed about working with them still but I would of gotten the economical if there was something they can do, ****** only notified past 30 days no refund. I replied again, to work anything out and I havent heard anything from him anymore. Its a already a shame going through a divorce, getting taken advantage from the help is even worse.

              The $90 per month this customer paid, were installment payments for the Platinum and ******* services. They were not monthly subscription fees. The monthly subscription fee does need to be current for the customer to be able to access their account. We did call and speak to this customer and explained what service they paid for and what options they have to proceed. The customer had questions about the process and we answered their questions. We will continue to work with them and assist them as needed.

              UPDATE: After ****** from escalations reached out to me, and looked into my case, She definitely saw what i paid for and what was not provided. However, ****** has held my handthroughout the whole process and we have worked through my divorce as much as we could. And is finally moving along and almost done! I thank her for her help, assistance and righteousness attitude during this difficult time for me. And thank you for what you have done!

              I paid for the platinum service and several months of monthly fee for a very basic divorce case. there are 3 weeks wasted on "reviewing signed forms" which is really just making sure I signed and mailing the form to the court. And then another 3 weeks already for "We are reviewing forms received from the court", which is just forwarding the forms to my spouse.Contacted a few times and getting useless response. It's much quicker to file myself. They told me they are on a big backlog. A backlog for just forwarding the files???

              I am very unhappy, I thought that I was on the road to a happy life,I thought that complete case.com were the people that were going to help me.But instead they took my and then I couldn't contact anyone until it was time for my last payment and then they contacted me from a different number. I'll never trust them again, they're still trying to contact me, please help. I don't want to change my number again,I had to get new banking cards because of them.

              This company is horrible. I filled out their paperwork, and having been waiting more than a month for my papers to arrive. I paid the extra 50 dollars for them to be shipped to me, and a few days ago they charged my credit card again for on going service when i declined not be be charged monthly. I still have bot received my papers. I have given the 400 dollars and they said they wont refund me. These people are taking advantage of hard working people like us that are vulnerable. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

              Money back guarantee is a scam! They are supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. I signed up for their services and never used them, never downloaded any documents or paperwork or anything. I asked for a refund about a week later because while trying to fill out for their paperwork, they left think out like kids, child support, etc so I didn't trust how well things would go in court. They got back to me almost immediately and said that they couldn't issue a refund because I had access to their website which has information on it. EVERYBODY HAS ACCESS TO THEIR WEBSITE!!! I had to file a charge back with my credit card and pointed them to their 30 day money back guarantee policy!
