Worse place to do any beauty *********. They only see you with many face. They disfigured my silhouette, they charge me a lot of money and they didnt do any ********* fine, I ask liposuction on my arms, back, love handles, tummy and second opinion said it doesnt looks like they did something. They did a mini tummy tuck and ruined my silhouette and surgen said that skin bags (he left) were due I need full tummy tuck. Operation day they did send me home just after surgery and made feel as a garbage. Surgeon said Ill see results in 6 months. I have to wear waist trainer to cover my body. They only gave me 3 days of recovery and I ask for more (they have no idea of recovery time for mini tummy tuck)They want me to have a second opinion with other surgeon from their offices. ( you think ** going to trust them after my disfigured body and read about someone died)They keep changing appointments. I get mad and post a review on ****** and a couple days later someone call me and she was really nice but she understood I was super mad and she offered to pay $$$ to remove my post from ******. The money they offered is not even half of what I have to pay now just to have my silhouette back and what about the payment for my liposuction?. I did accept but when I read the agreement I saw many things were wrongfully. I did complain though a consumer protection division and they responded that I when at ******* for Venus ********* and ******* is not part of them. My main complaint is about liposuction and mini tummy tuck that I had on ******************** not about Venus ********* That they offered a second surgen opinion from their office. But I do not trust them at all. And that they try to contact me about give me some money and I will remove my ****** review but they didnt said anything about what was on the agreement. They scammed people I want my money back due to I have to pay again to have my silhouette back!! New surgeon told my I had to much scar tissue.Review from Pati W

Your consultation is with a non-medical sales consultant. Ok no big problem. You must pay in full before you can see the medical staff. Both the doctor and nurse suggested I change my surgery date due to a cruise I already had planned. Sales consultant said I would be back to 100% by my cruise. Doctor told me 3 months before 100%. I tried to change my date, I was willing to pay the 10% rescheduling fee. The sales consultant and someone else called and yelled saying I miss understood the doctor. I stood my ground and insisted I wanted to reschedule. They hung up on me. My calls were not returned. I filed a dispute with my credit card provider. Two weeks later, my dispute was settled and I got 100% of my money back. I really liked the doctor and nurse I saw for my pre-op appt. If you decide to use Sono Bello put all fees on a credit card so you have a way to dispute and get a full refund. This happened at the **********, **************.Sono Bello Response

First off you are pressured on the spot to get the procedure. Then I signed the contract online for my operation. I was not told I would be awake for the operation. The day before they told me I had to pay for an additional to get the results I wanted, which was an extra $1795 on top of the $13,000 I had already paid. During the operation they cut you several times and shove tubes in the holes to numb you. Repeatedly cutting someone should not be done without any anesthesia.Sono Bello Response

Yes, ***** cut my left ****** off during a chest liposuction, and now its just a dead lump of skin on my body, no sensitivity anymore! Very very disappointed, such an extremely novice mistake!!! I have a ****** and a nub and Im pissed!!! I at least want a refund, maybe press charges!Sono Bello Response

I agree with others. It's a scam. I took out a loan for 8 ******. I'm not wealthy. I had procedures for wrinkles on neck & around mouth. Also a procedure to get rid of fat on *************** No results. It's been probably a year now. Even when they measured before & after they saw no difference & had no answers. Their commercials are misleading for sure. No way do you get rid of fat after I visit like they claim. I had multiple visits with no luck. I've been really upset with still paying on my loan when there is no difference in how i lookSono Bello Response

Its not about consultation its about the doctor **** going to butcher you and destroy your body taking $7k almost for no any result when you going back to follow up and tell them that youre not achieving what had been said! The doctor turned nasty attitude and changed his demeanor from I would do this and that to what I can do for you? Youre done and I am happy with my job i think I did a good result!!!! Are you kidding me . I didnt received any results its scam and I will file lawsuit against this doctor **** butcher half of my stomach and left the other part who appear as deformed. Why I have to go through this whole process painful and most important he got paid to ruin me. It took me 4 straight months to get rid of pain and I am still hurting after the Bruise is gone I still suffer from the tissue damage and tearing up my tissue inside.Sono Bello Response

I posted a review here (that I cant see anymore! I have no idea what happened to it because now I cant even find the account I used to post it and I had my user and password saved on my phone) After a few days of doing it, I received a call from Sonobello. They said that if I didnt like my results I could go back for a revision but my experience was the most horrible experience of my life. So painful beyond comprehension and beyond what my body and mind could handle, that I wasnt going to go back to go through the same pain. I told them I wanted my money back because I had to go somewhere else to make corrections but they didnt want to even consider giving me part of what I paid.Sono Bello Response

I went for a consultation in **********, AL and was told I was a good candidate for the liposuction even though I have had cancer in the past. I was reluctant to pay until I spoke with the doctor who would be performing the procedure. I was then told I could go for a meet and greet with the doctor. I drove 2 hours to meet with the doctor and was given the ok and was told I could have my pre op that day if I could wait another hour. Due to the hour and time it would take me to get home, I scheduled it for 2 days later. Since I didnt have my checkbook with me, I was told to go next day in ********** and pay for the procedure. I wrote the check on May 1, 2024 and procedure was scheduled for May 22nd. I went back to the *********, TN office for the pre op and was then told by the doctor (same one I had met with previously) that they were not sure I could have the procedure because I had cancer in the past. This was after meeting with consultant and doctor and driving to ********* twice. They said they would let me know in 2 days. I waited a week and did not hear anything so I called. No one could tell me anything. I kept calling everyday until it was 2 days before my scheduled surgery and was then told they could not do procedure. I have ask for my refund and have not received it yet and it has been over a month. I continue to call and no one seems to have an answer. I guess my next option is an attorney.Sono Bello Response

I went to Sono Bello to get liposuction surgery. Went through consultation and met with doctor. I saw my primary care physician and after a physical he advised me not to get surgery due to high blood pressure. I notified them 3 days before surgery to tell them I couldn't go through with due to the high blood pressure. I had paid the $7,910.00 already and now they refuse to refund me. I can't take the risk of having this surgery. I expect to get a full refund. They have been very dismissive of me so far. They will be able to keep the $2,495 consultation fee.Sono Bello Response

I had my liposuction at the ******************************** on may 16th with Dr **** I had a consultation with ***** a meet and greet with the doctor and a pre op appointment all before I went in for surgery. During my consultation I said I wasnt interested in the procedure if they thought I would need the Abex and the consultant said I would look wonderful with just the lipo. During the meet and greet with the doctor he mentioned I may need the abEX we spoke for a little and he left the room. I told ***** who did my consultation that was making me think about just forgetting the whole procedure and she assured me in these exact words he under promises and over delivers well he did not. the doctor was exactly right and I was deceived into still doing the procedure. ***** also said I would need to be in my compression garment for 4-6 weeks so I took 4 weeks off work. Right before my surgery the doctor said it would need to be 3 months in compression. This is incredibly troubling and another thing I was lied to just to get me to pay them. During my pre op appointment with the nurse I asked if I would be in an arm garment because Im having arm lipo she said no?? Well I definitely am in an arm garment so Im confused why that was lied about and I wasnt told how to properly take my antibiotics so I had to take them day of the surgery. I would like to say at this point the surgeon was wonderful he made me feel comfortable I didnt feel any pain and he was knowledgeable and correct. Its a shame he works for this company. they take your money and make it non refundable before you get a good chance to speak to him. Now I am coming up on 4 weeks post op and for 3 of the weeks I have been emailing calling and texting to try to speak to someone about how this all went down and they are absolutely ghosting me. *** reached out over and over I look terrible I feel terrible I cant work Im more depressed than Ive ever been. This place operates like a back alley shack and Im so upset
