            I sent them(ece.org) my original documents with order number H48200 two months ago and i complained on the BBB website. The complaint was submitted on 4/18/2024 and was assigned an ID of ********. The message was from business:"Hello-We understand that you have concerns and questions regarding the evaluation report you have ordered.ECE evaluators determined that we needed to request verification of the documentation you submitted for evaluation before we can prepare the evaluation report.We are working to obtain a verification response as quickly as possible.We will update you as soon as we receive a response to our verification request."My university ( ***********************) confirmed my documents and sent them verification to their email, But ece.org makes excuse and tole me Unfortunately, the university did not reply to our request. Sending documentation electronically to our office is not sufficient. The university must reply our official request.I can not understand them they have no other excuse.

            I submitted my request 4 months ago. I was told first that I needed to send a copy of my diploma. I was then told that this was insufficient and that my university in the UK would need to verify my diploma, even though that was what I was hiring ECE for. My university sends transcripts to me, but won't send in the mail to ECE. I'm not sure how this will be resolved, but it seems like ECE is a waste of money if they aren't actually able to do anything themselves.

            Greetings- ECE provides detailed information about the documents it requires to prepare an evaluation report in the initial stages of the order process. For study completed in the **************, we require an official transcript/grade report. If a transcript or grade report is not available because the credential completed is a masters or doctoral program that did not have coursework, we require an official degree confirmation issued in a sealed envelope by the awarding institution.ECE has provided instructions for how you can obtain the required documentation.
