While it was not inexpensive, we replaced our hot water heater with a Rinnai. ***** at Chambers and his team could not have done a better job. Prompt and professional communication always. He went into great deal of detail as to how it works, etc. He scheduled us and his team of 5 or 6 descended on our house at the time promised and within half a day, everything was installed, cleaned-up, etc. Could not have gone better and we are thrilled with how it works. Hot water in 3 seconds from all taps. Will save natural gas and water usage. Do ask about ****** rebates as well as income tax credits for 2024. Highly recommend this firm. Best experience possible.
