***** was extremely thorough and even included videos in his inspection summary which were helpful to fully understand some of the issues. He walked me through the home and property and explained all the things that needed some work and even had solutions for the problems. ***** is the most incredible inspector I have ever worked with. I shared his report with some people helping me find a home and they immediately asked for his number. The report isn't just an inspection, it's a punch list of things that need to be done over time as well. There are pictures (even with funny commentary like "oops" when he finds a silly mistake that was made in the home). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and USEFUL report for you home, even if you aren't buying and just need to know what work you should be doing to enhance your home. We received such a thorough and detailed inspection report that we almost automatically gained peace of mind. Im also a big picture person who would miss important details, and ***** hit every single part of our new home with diligence that he found some things we wouldnt have spotted forever, probably! He treated our new property with respect and every interaction was professional and personable. The entire process was super easy from start to finish. I contacted him as soon as our offer was accepted and he scheduled the inspection the very next day, which I appreciated as we were heading out of town. I only had to fill out a short questionnaire and he took care of all the rest. He did an extremely thorough job and the report was comprehensive and well organized. My husband was so impressed, he wanted to immediately hire Be Squared Home Inspection for our primary residence as the inspection at the time we bought that house several years ago was not well done at all and my husband appreciated everything that Be Squared was able to deduce from inspecting our second home. I would highly recommend Be Squared to anyone needing a quality home inspection!Review from Jennifer A
