About Us
The Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin is a non-profit organization with a mission to advance marketplace trust by creating a marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other. We provide balance by calling out substandard business behavior (scams, fraud, etc) and recognizing ethical, trustworthy businesses through the BBB Accreditation program. The BBB of Wisconsin Foundation supports local programs such as the BBB Students of Integrity Scholarship, BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and BBB Spark Awards. Go to ethicsawards.org for more.

Any business may register with BBB free of charge. All you have to do is fill out this form, and BBB will launch a free, online Business Profile, with information on your business, including the ability for customers to post positive reviews on your business.
Torch Awards for Ethics
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics honor businesses that meet the highest standard of ethics and trust among their employees, customers and local communities, embodying BBB's mission to advance marketplace trust.
Spark Awards
The BBB Spark Awards recognize Wisconsin entrepreneurial leaders who demonstrate a high level of character, generating a culture that is authentic about its mission and connects with its community.

BBB Referral Program
All BBB Accredited Businesses are able to refer a trustworthy business for BBB Accreditation via the BBB Referral Program. Once a business is approved for Accreditation, your business will receive a $100 credit towards your Accreditation dues.
