      I went to the atore on E Colfax to pu hase items that were advertised on sale in particular the cherry chipolte chicken wings. I went to meat countef andbinquired about the wings that were on sale for *******. the wings in the meat **** were 4.99 lb. I showed the the employee waiting on me the ad and the picture as evidence. He arguged wirh me basically calling me a liar. I asked to speak with the manager. He claimed he was the manager and refused to honor the advertised price. In my opinion I felt this was a racial issue being that I am a black female.

      Good morning this is my 8th request for Instacart and no body has process my refund for the order I didnt receive on September 13th. The driver delivered my order to an incorrect property its not my house where he delivered the order my house doesnt have any walls by my front door as well my front door has a white metal screen protector, I also have Video recording of all my driveway and street showing no body came and park in my house it near my house to deliver anything as well I have ring doorbell and no body delivered anything I have the full 24hrs of recording From September 13th, 2024.       I have been living at: *********************************************************** since 2008 and Sadly, we are Seriously Lacking Good, Quality Stores and/or Supermarkets and/or Pharmacies Such As Yours for Some, Strange Unknown Reason!The ******** / *************** Area is an Up And Coming Neighborhood which has seen several drastic changes such as seeing several restaurants open up, very expensive apartment buildings have opened up, including a brand new Hotel, however, the area is lacking any Quality Grocery Stores and/or Even A Quality Pharmacy!Do You Honestly Think That It Is Fair And/Or Normal For Somebody Paying Over $3,000.00/Month Rent Having To Go Over 1.5 Miles To Get To Any Decent Name Brand Grocery Stores Or Pharmacy?Or Even Having To Order Their Food Or Medicine Online Because The ****, Good Stores Are Just Too Far Away To Get To!In Addition: Did You Know That We Have An Existing Whole Foods One (1) Mile From My Home (Which Is Whole Paycheck) Located At ********************************************, Plus, A Brand New ********************* Is Opening Up Right Beside It In A Few Months!if It Is Okay To Have A Whole Foods And ***** Fargo Bank In My Area, Then Common Sense Tells You That It Is Also Okay To Have Your Store Or Business In My Area, Along ******************** Between ********************************* As Well!I know for a Fact that if You Invested In My Area To Host Your Business In My Area Of *************** / ********, That You Would Win Big Time because the residents in this particular area Need Your Business And Therefore Other Businesses Would Simply Follow!The area that You Would Want To Have Your Business At Would Be On ***** Boulevard In Between ************** and ************** In The Zip Code Of: *****.I know for a Fact that there is a Current Space available in my area because I saw an Art Gallery Close Up Which Means That There Is An Availability To Move Right In!

      I went to the store in N natomas. I ordered Italian sandwich in the store but person told me they do not have a ham but I just saw its available in the store but the person is lazy to cut it. Also I saw the person serve to another customer in front of me. I feel this is ridiculous.

      8/2/2024-Clearwater sprouts ***** us 19 store location. Store manager named **** was called over to help assist my wife as she looked for some brussel sprouts that weren't out on the shelf at the time.She literally waited over 5 mins before he returned and said all that we had was out on the shelves. No problem, but then clear as day he mumbled in a low tone, "stupid bitch" as she walked away.She was so embarrassed, and called me immediately on the phone crying. I don't know what kind of establishment or store would ever permit this type of behavior, and was appalled when I learned he was actually the store manager. This is ridiculous to ever be that way towards a paying customer, and no way to treat another person period!

      4/29/2024 430 PM I purchased ground beef from the *********************************** grocery store The meat was retrieved by the butcher from the back. I waited multiple minutes for the butcher to return with my product He came to the front, put dates on the packaging and gave them to me Once home, i prepared the meat and noticed that it did not seem to be the grass fed product that i asked for and purchase regularly. No off smell so I tasted a small piece of beef and my mouth immediately started burning. I spit it out and rinsed immediately. My mouth continued to burn and i called the store to speak to a manager.(515PM)The person who answered was unprofessional and said no manager was on duty but they were a key holder. I asked if a key holder was the acting manager to handle an issue? They seemed preoccupied and immediately said who's this as they were talking with others in the background. It sounded like a party and i didn't feel that it was appropriate to leave my info with them.I called corporate (closed) and then i called the woodland store to speak with their manager. They were not available either but i spoke with their butcher department and explained what happened. They told me to return the product immediately and stated that something was badly wrong.I called corporate and the health department the next morning as my mouth was swollen hurting and scorched.I was in pain and called my doctor. I set up an appointment for the first opening on the following morning.I continued to try to call the store and headquarters but was not receiving any assistance.The doctor said i had ***** and prescribed a lidocaine/maalox mouthwash for acid *****. She suggested i see my dentist. I did and the dentist said i had a burn blister in front and behind my front teeth.After 2wks of calling corporate, i was able to speak to someone and file a claim. They said i would be contacted within a day. I've not been contacted and my repeated calls go unanswered.Please assist!

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the rewards system at your store. As a loyal customer who has created an account specifically to earn rewards and be eligible for store promotions, I am deeply dissatisfied with the way my purchases are being handled by your system.Despite entering my account information every single time I shop at your store, only some of my purchases are being recorded in my account purchase history. There are numerous transactions missing from my history, even though I have the physical receipts to prove these purchases. This has resulted in me being ineligible for various offers and promotions that I rightfully qualify for.I have reached out to customer support to rectify this issue, providing evidence through my receipts. However, your team has refused to correct these errors, which I find unacceptable. As a result, I am unable to benefit from promotions such as the recent offer of "Spend $75 to get $10 off." Despite spending the required amount, I did not receive the reward due to the system's failure to record my purchase.This situation is not only frustrating but also feels fraudulent. I am spending my money at Sprouts with the expectation of receiving the rewards and promotions advertised on your website. However, due to the system's shortcomings, I am being unfairly denied these benefits.I urge you to address this issue promptly. I request a thorough review and correction of my account purchase history, and I expect to receive the rewards and promotions that I am entitled to. Failure to resolve this matter will force me to reconsider my loyalty to Sprouts and possibly seek alternatives where my patronage is properly valued.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.       I was charged $0.04 for "donations".What the hell?I used using an EBT card to get groceries but couldn't proceed until I coughed up another $0.04 using a different credit card.I plan to go back there this morning to retrieve my "donation"

      I placed an order on SPROUTS.COM weeks ago. The order never arrived but Sprouts is refusing to take responsibility and refund me. They referred me to a third party (Instacart) and Instacart is not refunding me. If I placed an order directly through Instacart I could understand referring me to Instacart. However, I placed an order directly through Sprouts and Sprouts is responsible for fixing this situation!

      I placed my order through Sprouts NOT through Instacart. I contacted Instacart for a refund as was not refunded. Sprouts is responsible for orders placed on the Sprouts.com website. I want a full refund of my order
