1 starI returned items and they failed to credit my debit card. Instead, they gave me shop cards with no stored value on them. I am mentally challenged. This was the basis for their thievery. I am out $25 ****************Review fromAllison M

1 starThe manager was incredibly rude to me during checkout. Accused of stealing when that was NOT the case. I had my change of clothes from work in a reusable shopping bag that I had to carry with me because I am a public transit rider. This man called me every name under the Sun before I could even attempt to pay for my items I was wanting to purchase. He even said he would quote " break my knee caps if I ever came back or if he ever sees me again" ...as a female who frequents this area I feel that incredibly alarming not to say triggering of a trauma response. What gives this man the audacity to talk to ANYONE in that manner??? I will never go back there because of my repulsive experience...that's legally considered verbal abuse and threatening physically.Review fromelena m

1 starI ordered groceries for delivery and Sprouts uses a third party company to manage their online orders - Instacart.com. I was overcharged for my original purchase, and also charged an additional $95.00 authorization on my credit card. I did not authorize Instacart.com to charge the additional $95.00 on my credit card. I submitted my grocery order and that was the only charge I authorized on my credit card. I was informed in the email I received from Instacart.com after I submitted the order that they charged my credit card an additional $95.00 for "authorization." This is called stealing and fraud. This company charged my credit card without my authorization - I would like BBB to begin an investigation on this fraud and please find out how many other online purchasers from Sprouts are also experiencing the type of fraud and stealing. It's against the law to steal and use a credit card without the owner's permission.Review fromJoann R.

1 starSprouts Market, ******, ** - I purchased what I thought were USDA Organic Cherries. I buy everything organic because I have a reaction to foods laced with pesticides. I get the cherries home to enjoy and then my tongue starts to feel funny along with my throat from eating the "organic cherries". I don't mind spending more money for organic foods, however, when you mislabel regular (either by mistake or on purpose) cherries for organic, it makes me question if Sprouts is making this a practice on everything in the store. If they're doing it with cherries what else is being mislabeled as organic? I should just stick to the local farmer's market... Spouts... you've just lost my business!Review fromMarie V

I heard a commercial on television advertising Sprouts Farmers Market so I contacted them and asked what farms their produce comes from. I considered it a very logical question. However it was not well received. I was informed that it was proprietary information they were not required to give to me. I was shocked to say the least! I reached out to other places such as emailing my state representatives and senator asking if this was in fact proprietary information but received no answer from anyone. So is Sprouts correct in saying they are not required to give this information out? I have not been able to determine that. However when you advertise a " Farmers Market" it leads me to believe there is a local farm somewhere supplying that produce! I agree they are not advertising a local farmers market but to me their advertising gives the appearance of a local farmers market and it is false advertising. how do I know if there produce is coming from South America or ******* or elsewhere? As a health conscious person my only option is to not shop there. I live in Liberty, ******** and USED TO shop at the Sprouts market on BOOTH.Marie V

I would like to add I did hear another commercial on tv , chanell1091 on AIR TV,at 1:08pm on 07/29/22 that specifically stated produce in Sprouts Farmers Market was from local farms. So I would still like to know what farms they are referring too.Review fromKevin R

1 starThis is a review of the Sprouts location at *********************************************************************. I'd first like to say that I was pleased to find out they had a store in *************. There are mostly only typical chain grocery stores here that don't carry better quality organic meat, vegetables, fruit, and dairy products. I shopped there for the first time around May 1 in 2022, and have shopped there about 8 times through the first week of July, 2022. However, the last time I shopped there, will be the last time I shop at Sprouts. 6 of the 8 times I shopped this store, the price tags of the products located on the shelves or in the windows, whether regular price tags or sale price tags were not the same price when they were rung up at the register. The prices were always higher at the register. It was typically 1 product per shopping trip, 6 of the 8 times I shopped there that was rung at the register at the incorrect price. These products included butter, kefir (twice), Avocados, Ground Beef, and on my last trip, eggs. After this occurred a few times, I emailed their headquarters in Phoenix to let them know I was experiencing this problem consistently at that store. A particular rep of theirs was responding back to me, and they even offered me a gift certificate. I refused the gift certificate and just asked that they please have the manager of the store resolve this. But, unfortunately it kept occurring, so I kept emailing them about it. The rep in Phoenix I was communicating with told me he was to visit the store on or about July 1 and get this resolved. My last trip on July 5 was when I was charged **** for eggs marked at **** in the window, and THAT WAS IT for me ! Again, this occurred 6 of the 8 times I shopped there. ************* is a working class town, and with sky high gas and groceries across the nation these days , people like me and my neighbors here cannot afford to be overcharged because of Sprouts unethical business practices.Review fromPartha G

1 starShopped online for the first time. They had the infant formula that we use for our baby. I placed the order for pick up and after few hours got a text stating that the order was ready for pick up. I was getting ready to go get the product when I got another text thanking me for picking up the order. I called the store and was told that someone from Instacart picked it up. When asked why they gave it to someone else, they had no answer and told me to wait as instacart "might" deliver it to my address even though I ordered it as pick up. I waited for 3 days and nothing happened. I contacted them online and was told to contact instacart which i did and instacart told me that sprouts will contact me about the new pick up time. It has now been 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I tried contacting Sprouts again thru the email receipt where they have a "report issue" link which is now broken and there is no way to contact them. But they did charge my credit card for 155$.
