      Im not sure where this company is getting their employees, but their underwriters are clueless about other states and the woman handling our buyers loan is not competent. Because of this company we have had to pay to extend our loan rate, on contingency, and now, at the last minute, they are pushing in more unnecessary requirements. We will likely have to redo our loan at a much higher rate. I would not advise anyone to work with this or any mortgage lender in CA. You will rue the day.
