    I tried to cancel order before it got shipped out and they wouldn’t cancel it. Once I recieved the product I was given a return label to send it back and they never refunded my account even tho I can see they recieved the product back via tracking. I have emailed over 10 times and no response.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Bought the product it just doesn’t work for my hair and I have been trying to get a refund. I was blocked on their Facebook page from complaining about how it didn’t work for me and that they aren’t responding to my refund request so if someone wanted to buy mine to hit me up. I have even emailed them about my refund and they keep sending me the generic email about how to do a return, we’re very responsive till I told them I already did a refund request then it was crickets! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

    I accidentally ordered 2 items. They refunded the first and never rexeived the product. I've been waiting since January. I tried to get my money back through My credit card company with no satisfaction. I cannot find a phone contact. I've sent about 30 emails and no one will contact me.

    HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT BUT THIER PRODUCTS. ALL ADVERTISEMENTS FROM THEM ARE SCAMS. THE PRODUCT IS BEYOND BAD.

    Poor product, poor customer service. Do not buy from this company. I bought their airstyler and used it less than 10 times. Ok results. Then the heat stopped working. I contacted customer support , who suggested I hit the red reset button (obviously I did). The next ask was the send a video of the malfunction. How does one demonstrate over video that the heat doesn’t work? I opted to show my hand hovering over the heat function for 20-30 seconds and sent it in. No response for at least a week. I followed up 1-2 more times. No response. Then, I reached out to their instagram page. They were so cheerful and sweet, citing staffing changes re: the lack of responsiveness and asked if I’d like a new unit. As soon as I said yes, more unresponsiveness. Total joke of a company. Just buy the Shark or Dyson and don’t waste your hard-earned money for a piece of junk.

    I've been trying for the last 5 days to have someone return an email regarding my order I placed almost 3 weeks ago after it wasn't delivered and has sat in the same place for over 2 weeks. They will not respond to any of my emails. I then went to instagram and commented on a post asking if someone could email me instead they responded to everyone else's comment and HID MY COMMENT. I tried to use their customer service chat and nothing, called the phone number listed on afterpay and was hung up on. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Avoid ordering from them at all cost they are absolute trash and don't stand behind their product.

    Zero stars actually. Started a return per company instructions 1 week after receiving my purchase. That was two weeks ago, and there has been no follow up communication since. I have emailed twice attempting get further instructions without response. It is clear this company has no intention of honoring their 30 day money back guarantee. Steer clear!

    No stars. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their 30 day return policy. I’ve mailed my air styler back and it’s been 21 business days and still no refund. They told me 10 business days. I have emailed them over and over and all I keep getting is “due to the high number of emails” I’m so frustrated with this company.

    Buyer BEWARE!! I received a special offer email from this company for one of their new products. I decided to give it a try and was completely mislead! When I received the model 2 airstyler none of the attachments were included. No where in the product description did it say attachments weren’t included or that there is a $30 additional price tag for EACH attachment. In fact, there was a chart comparing their product to the Dyson and Shark and it clearly states that 5 attachments were included for the price I was paying. Completely devious, misleading marketing in my opinion. I have contacted customer support to return and of course not getting any response. DON’T BUY!!
