I really enjoyed my time renting with Grace Properties. My landlord John was attentive and always responded promptly to any request I had. The maintenance guys were great and even mounted my tv for me. I had updated appliances, and the property was in great condition. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience selling our condo to GPG! We were at a point where we were weighing the options of either putting in the time and money to fix it up and sell it or just selling it as is to an investor/flipper. But John is not just any investor. He was incredibly respectful of our time and the difficult decision that this was for us. He was completely honest throughout the entire process. I have also heard that he and his workers have been good “neighbors” to our former neighbors during the renovation process. Although the condo is no longer ours, we are looking forward to seeing what John and his workers turn it into, and i know he will keep us in the loop. I highly recommend working with John and GPG and will definitely consider selling to them in the future if the situation arises.Grace Buys Houses
