    I purchased a bracelet from ***** **** of Empire Deals through Bid4assets. The reviews for ***** **** were 4.5 starts on Bid4assets website. However, when I received the bracelet, I realized it was not what was advertised by Empire Deals--it was of lower value than stated and it was of very poor quality for a 4K piece of jewellery! I went to Bid4assets to give the company, ************, a review, it was then I had access to their public feedback and real reviews which were mostly negative, showing a rating of 2 start. I was not able to see these reviews before purchase or before I received the jewellery. I don't understand why Bid4assets would hide the ratings of one of their vendors knowing it would reflect badly on them. I have written several email to Bid4assets but they have not responded. I have not yet received my full refund from Empire Deals either. I would like a full refund from ***** **** of Empire Deals without him withholding any of my money guised as fees or other. I would like Bid4assets make the online review of their vendors totally transparent prior to purchase.

    I have been in the real estate business industry for over 20 yrs as a broker, business manager, investor and property manager. I have never, ever encountered a business that is so poorly managed. For a business that manages third party funds and government auctions, communication is paramount; however, on multiple occasions, different days and work hours the call simply disconnects! To be clear, this company manages millions of dollars in third party money!!! and I can't get a hold of customer service for hrs on end! I have had multiple emails unanswered timely and support often transfers the issue to a higher-up anyway, which takes a few more days to resolve any issues. I have personally reported this company to my county and I hope the county reconsiders processing auctions through this outfit. For the auctions I partake in, Bid4Assets charges 1.5% premium and the avg. sale is 250k. They make it a paramount requirement to receive those funds timely, yet they never, ever respond to inquiries with the same urgency. It is beyond frustrating to have to deal with this company. I have also communicated this to them directly, so I am not just saying this publicly without giving them the opportunity to answer or correct their shortcomings. Unfortunately, they are the only way to participate in my county's foreclosure auction, so I am forced to deal with them. I absolutely wish and hope that this will not continue.

    Dear Client Service Team: I think the refund process was swift and prompt. Since I didn't have to wait the full 10 days to receive the refund. However, there could be some improvements made with the lines of communication between this seller and a buyer. In the end, it was only by seller's email. Sincerely, Buyer
