5 starsRecently retired and decided to get out of the landlord business. Now looking for a quiet beach with lots of sun. Contacted several Fast and Easy home purchase companies, and after several discussions and vetting, HomeVestors and *** ******** emerged as the most honest, qualified and capable. The sale of my two rental homes was fast, easy, and at a fair price. *** ******** and his HomeVestors staff were always available, and expedited the transactions efficiently, smoothly, and always with a smile. It was a pleasure working with *********************** and HomeVestors. At my age, it was time for me to move in with my daughter and granddaughters but I dreaded the thought of fixing up and putting my house on the market. Enter ***********************-problem solved. Everything worked smoothly and exactly as promised-and 3 weeks later, ** moved! Perfect-*** made a very fair offer, answered all my questions, calmed my doubts and made it happen.
